Dave was very friendly over the phone when I called. Frank was the one I worked with at the dealership when I arrived. Frank helped me save some money which I am grateful for. I had test-drove about nine small SUV's and found that four really fit the bill. After that, it was a matter of finding a dealer that would sell me the vehicle I wanted for the price and terms that I wan four really fit the bill. We had to haggle on a few items but I never felt pressured on any thing. It was the best car buying experience I've had so far. I think part of that is due to me educating myself both on the internet as well as behind the wheel and really knowing what I wanted. The rest of it was all Rob and Pete and their dealership. I can't speak for the other salespeople at Buena Park Nissan, but these two guys are great to work with and I would recommend them highly. More
