Worst Nissan Dealership - DO NOT COME HERE! Lets get to the reason this place is just absolutely terrible. I get there today to drop off my car for an appointment. Meet my service advisor Jefferey and let him know I am here for my appointment. I give him my name and looks me up and asks, "So what can I do for you"? Ok lets backup to this past Wed when I spent 20 or so minutes, noting everything online and describing all the symphony my car had and what services I was needing. I was hoping this would save me the hassle of having to explain everything I need done again. Guess I was wrong. I ask him, does my reservation not have everything I need since I filled it out all online? He says yea but still need to know what you need. Great.. So we move on and we get to the part where he is breaking down the services I will be paying for. He shows me a $130 dollar fee to look into my car and see what is causing a problem. I ask him why so much? He starts with "oh we have to plug it into the computer and then go from there. We will subtract that $130 from the repair price if you decide to fix it." So I ask him, what if the repair is less than $130? The greatest answer of all proceeds.. "Oh its never less than that.". I ask him to remove that charge because that is just unbelievable how they can just charge $130 just because. He begins to talk and attempt to make a smart remark about how the techs(which then he points right at Patrick) are people and unlike some people they work for a living. WTF! So this dolt automatically assumes that I do not work for a living? After pointing this out to him he remarks with " oh no I just assumed you were rich". This here people is the worst service advisor in the world. How this guy still has a job is unbelievable. For this guy alone this place is not worth spending your money here. More
Found a car they listed on auto trader, called to make an appointment with someone in internet sales. Drove 40 minutes from Ontario. When I got there he handed me off to a regular salesman that had only been appointment with someone in internet sales. Drove 40 minutes from Ontario. When I got there he handed me off to a regular salesman that had only been in the business for 4 months (nice kid, I felt bad for him) They honored their internet price but then told me it doesn't include their triple protection which cost $2000. This in not mentioned at all in the ad or disclaimer. If it were, we wouldn't have bothered to make the drive. We ended up walking, after we said never mind the sales manager got up and walked away. Didn't even have the common courteousy to say thanks for coming down our even shake my hand. Very unprofessional. I made an appointment for tomorrow at another Nissan dealership to go see another car and I asked the sales person up front if there are any added features not mentioned in the ad and they said "no, I heard Nissan of Buena Park does that..." More
On Feb 18th 2014 I have visited Buena park Nissan to buy Nissan Versa Sedan , and I really had very bad experience. The Sales person who was dealing with us was not at all friendly.Rates are high ...and Nissan Versa Sedan , and I really had very bad experience. The Sales person who was dealing with us was not at all friendly.Rates are high ...and they are giving some additional packages which i really don't want. I would have given -ive stars had it been the option. I spoke to Johnathan Porter on phone and he offered me the car for XX price and gave me an OTD price (XX+10%). I went to the dealership from San Diego spoke to Johnathan Porter on phone and he offered me the car for XX price and gave me an OTD price (XX+10%). I went to the dealership from San Diego (90+ miles) and after the test drive, I again confirmed the price before the finance approval. After the financing, he came back with some manager who said that he had no authority to quote that price. He keep giving me other price and asked me to pay $2k for some additional package which I do not need. Finally a third manager came (who was a nice guy), but could not give the quoted price. Finally we head back to SD after wasting our 6 hrs on Friday, I am so disappointed. Needless to say it was a horrible experience, I would avoid this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. Just to let everyone know, always asked for OTD price in email before stepping in this dealership and beware about the $2k protection package which is good for nothing. More
I absolutelyl love Buena Park Nissan. I had the best experience there yesterday. Rosie P is an amazing sales associate. I had visited 3 other Nissan dealerships & left unsatisfied. I was ready to give u experience there yesterday. Rosie P is an amazing sales associate. I had visited 3 other Nissan dealerships & left unsatisfied. I was ready to give up on Nissan & then I found Buena Park Nissan. I recommend this dealership to anyone but I recommend you ask for Rosie P. she listens, she knows her stuff & she makes it fun. I bought my Maxima seven years ago at Cerritos and have the pleasure of knowing Jeff, my service advisor, for about five years. When I found out he now works at Buena Park Nissan I followed him. He and his the pleasure of knowing Jeff, my service advisor, for about five years. When I found out he now works at Buena Park Nissan I followed him. I've made many deals on prior Nissan purchases, but this was my first - and only time - I'm going to deal with Buena Park Nissan. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke from Tustin Nissan last month, and I must say that the car buying experience was at least legit. With BP Nissan, my 2005 Silverado was acting up, so I decide to trade it in for a 2012 Nissan Frontier. Buyer beware if you decide to trade in your car. Pay close attention to what they actually offer you on paper versus the negotiation process. I'm sure it could happen at any dealership, but out of the past 12 cars I've purchased, not once have I dealt with shady crap like this. I love Nissan, but I hate the buying process with their salesmen trying to pressure you into a deal. I highly recommend the brand, but below are my top picks from previous car buying experiences: 1) Tustin Nissan 2) OC Nissan - Irvine (Garden Grove I believe is under the same ownership) 3) Connell Nissan 4) Raceway Nissan I hate writing reviews also, but I want others to be aware. I should have just walked away from this dealership; they wouldn't just let me leave and I just settled on a deal after 6 hours wasted over there. More

Brought in the car w/transmission problem and instantly they find the issued. Since the transmission is still under the warranty, they rent the car for me while it was repair and it was finished ahead of s they find the issued.
