James Carroll I went in and worked with Carlos Rua. I was looking at a used vehicle at first and then he showed me the car and all the extra accessories which I did I went in and worked with Carlos Rua. I was looking at a used vehicle at first and then he showed me the car and all the extra accessories which I didn't find useful on a used car BUT when they showed me the numbers they told me it was better to go for a new car and I did end up with a black Nissan Sentra. Definitely recommend Carlos Rua at Buena Park he's a great guy in his 20s but looks younger and I didn't think he was a salesman at first but he will definitely be my option overall to anyone because he's so young and determined as he talked to me More

Double check your numbers $$ before you sign you contract!!! You really have to check the amount that they charging. Poor service quality and over priced First of all, do not buy Nissan. I will not buy Nissan again in my life. It is typical type of bad garage's way of making more money.. Since they repair mine, more noises from the engine and some where... Can't trust their job quality and decided to go to different dealership since their job is guaranteed for one year at any dealership. Please stay away from this dealership.. More

did not report accident with my car...above the law??? Salesman (Devin) driving my new car 1 day after i had bought it...had a car run him off the street. Then threatened me that i take the car or they were going to sue me. Next, they did not report to DMV per the state law or carfax. Now I ampaying for a brand new wrecked car. Finally, wanted all of you to know about multishield they are Charging twice for multi shield without you knowing it...one on sticker 2000.00 and again on paperwork. 195.00 for each item. Finance dept people are hiding it when you sign. I have proof. Run from this team. More
