Surprised by ex I dread car dealeships. I read reviews before coming and honestly was skeptical to visit here. But upon arrival I was greeted by an asian salesman by I dread car dealeships. Firm handshake, good eye contact, right down to business. I was surprised salesman these days want to to talk about everything but what you're there to do. He asked me what I was going to use my vehicle for, how many miles I anticipated driving a day, questions I've never heard from a salesman. To make things short after asking me a few questions he lead me to a 2015 Nissan Sentra. Immediately I fell in love with the style of the vehicle and when he went over the features and economy I was sold. His manager David was very accommodating and made things quick and easy for us. We were in and out within 3 hours. I would highly recommend Pat and David at Buena Park Nissan. More

James Carroll I went in and worked with Carlos Rua. I was looking at a used vehicle at first and then he showed me the car and all the extra accessories which I did I went in and worked with Carlos Rua. I was looking at a used vehicle at first and then he showed me the car and all the extra accessories which I didn't find useful on a used car BUT when they showed me the numbers they told me it was better to go for a new car and I did end up with a black Nissan Sentra. Definitely recommend Carlos Rua at Buena Park he's a great guy in his 20s but looks younger and I didn't think he was a salesman at first but he will definitely be my option overall to anyone because he's so young and determined as he talked to me More
