From the warm greeting at the front door to the time they tell me good bye it is a good experience. Their sales staff knows more about the vehicles then anyone. Our salesman Jhon Rodriguez was very nice, and prompt in answering any of our questions. He was conscientious, polite, very patient, and professional. The entire experience was actually enjoyable. We have been to other dealerships in the past who keep you hanging around for hours, but that was not the case here!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Buena Park Nissan! More

Immediately introduced himself as the product specialist and showed me the used car inventory. I had alot of knowledge of the vehicles. He recommend a used Altima SV lead me to one they had on sale with low miles. We took it on a test drive and he wasn't scared when I was TEST driving it.
