Shocked!!!!! I had called on a Saturday about getting my car serviced. I was informed no more available appointment due to it was a Saturday. I decide to take my c I had called on a Saturday about getting my car serviced. I was informed no more available appointment due to it was a Saturday. I decide to take my chances and went. When I arrived I saw a long line of cars and customers. I was backing out and a gentleman approached me and asked if he can assist me. I said I needed a service on my car and I asked how long is the wait. He did mention a minimum of a couple of hours. So I decided to stay and take a risk. An hour passed and Julio Castaneda advise me that my vehicle was ready and washed. I was SHOCKED to see that my advisor was on top of his game, especially on a weekend. I had went to other dealers and never received service as quick as Buena Park Nissan. Buena Park is lucky to have an employee like Julio to take care of customers. More

Knowledgeable Sales Staff I was interested in the Nissan Rogue, I decided to use the Internet department and Adrian contacted me. I came in and Adrian showed me 3 different veh I was interested in the Nissan Rogue, I decided to use the Internet department and Adrian contacted me. I came in and Adrian showed me 3 different vehicles which he thought would best fit my needs. He knew I wasn't ready to buy yet and he still treated me great and with a smile. WOW!!! I had gone to 2 other dealerships at the Cerritos auto square a Hyundai and ford and my experience weren't the greatest . I was unable to get approve I had gone to 2 other dealerships at the Cerritos auto square a Hyundai and ford and my experience weren't the greatest . I was unable to get approved and all my hopes were lost. I submitted a true car and was called my Greg Davis !! He made me feel comfortable and he said he believed he could make it work!! I went I. And drive out in my new 2015 Sentra!!! Thank you Greg Davis for making me feel at home!! And thank you Buena Park Nissan !!!! More

Excellent Customer Service I had made an appointment but unfortanetly i wasnt able to make it due to a family member passed away.
