great experience Maggie called me from the service department to remind me of my free oil change for my 2016 nissan altima. I had totally forgot that Buena Park Nissa Maggie called me from the service department to remind me of my free oil change for my 2016 nissan altima. I had totally forgot that Buena Park Nissan gave me a complementary oil and filter change until i recieved the call. I got my oil and filter changed and my car got washed as well. Maggie offered me to visit their online website to look at the specials they have for the oil changes, break check and any service discount. I talked to an advisor to make sure I was able to bring the vehicle the day I was at work and get it by the time I got off and that went fantastic! I got a call from Maggy she called me to schedule an appointment with the service department because my 2013 Nissan Altima had a coupon for an oil cha I got a call from Maggy she called me to schedule an appointment with the service department because my 2013 Nissan Altima had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $39.95. I was impressed for the great price and Maggie even answered each and one of my questions regarding the process. She even gave me options of what I could do while I waited for my vehicle to be done. I went ahead and looked into the new 2017 Pathfinder I ended up calling my husband to come pick up my car from service because I was walking out with my new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder!
