VERY HAPPY I was very happy with Mario the salesperson, he new about the car on the questions that I asked and he was very polite and courteous and I was very ti I was very happy with Mario the salesperson, he new about the car on the questions that I asked and he was very polite and courteous and I was very tired because it was late in the evening and I may have been a little snappy but he was super great to deal with me. And I appreciated that he was very friendly and he offered other cars as well as what I was interested in. I bought a new Rogue and I'm super happy with what I selected. More

Dishonest service center Got 3 different prices 1 through email, one when I dropped off my car, and another when I picked it up. Showed them the paper and email with the fluctuating prices and they looked at me like they couldn't care less all they want is the money. I felt like I didn't matter to them any more then gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe!! I'm never going back and you shouldn't either! More

New Car Puchase for daughter Joseph our sales person was very helpful and we felt he truly was looking out for our best interest. However when we went to the finance department t Joseph our sales person was very helpful and we felt he truly was looking out for our best interest. However when we went to the finance department to finalize the deal it was clearly a bait and switch as the lady started off by saying the bank did not approve the length of time on the loan and it had to be a lessor amount of time and without giving us the details she immediately went into signing the contract. The loan was going to be in my wife's name so she was signing everything and the lady quickly went through the forms saying she was giving us this, giving us this.....the only thing that we discussed that was going to cost was the gap coverage that she discussed. After we left the dealership and looked closely at the contract we saw that she gave us nothing and $8000 plus was added to our loan. More
