Jessie approached me upon arrival and was concerned with what I was looking for & allowed my son & I to ask lots of questions. I didn't feel pressure from him. He was patient showing me all the features in the car. Joseph Chahine treated me with respect & cut to to chase with the quote. He offered me a great deal that I came back less than a week later, and he honored the offer. He didn't disappear and leave me waiting for hours. He kept me informed of what was happening. And when the car arrived, he made sure my new car was cleaned. Abraham, from credit, presented the additional packages but was not pushy. He worked to get me the offer and best financing with the least amount down. He clearly explained the numbers to me.. Paolo S, in finance, was friendly, honest and up front with all the numbers, making the closing headache-free for me. David, the GM, should be happy with this team that helped make a great sale to this single mom today. More

utterly and completely useless customer service Imagine this. I was in town at san juan capistrano to help my son get his car all fixed up. Had been working on his 2013 altima for almost a week. Cal Imagine this. I was in town at san juan capistrano to help my son get his car all fixed up. Had been working on his 2013 altima for almost a week. Called all over to find a 12 dollar drivers side window sprayer nozzle. Went to a local dealer--no luck..they said try one dealership north and if not them then further north Buena Park Nissan. Nope-dealer 2 didnt have it but also suggested Buena park had one. Called Buena Park...and YES they have one! They said they would hold it and i told them i was driving up for it. Traffic was terrible. Got all the way up there and got to the parts counter and a guy went looking for it...said "its not in the bin"...and i mentioned they were holding it so perhaps it was up front? Nope. AND THAT WAS IT. i went out to my car and stewed for a few minutes about my wild goose chase and the long traffic snarl back...and decided to do something I never do... I called the main switchboard to lodge a complaint...told the young lady what i went through for nothing and asked if gthey could just do me the favor of mailing the part to my son. Gave her my name and number. I knew there were 7 of these at the warehouse and that they could get one on Tuesday. i flew back to portland oregon with the sprayer the only thing i couldnt finish of the 2500$ and week I had spent on my sons car. Sure enough---no return call (surprise!) all week so I gave them 1 more chance to make it right and emailed the dealership again explaining it wasnt the 12 dollar part it was the complete lack of any solution by their parts people after my efforts to get it over and done with. AND SURPRISE AGAIN--NO CALL EVER MADE TO ME. Now that I read other reviews on this site I realize my first mistake was EVER phoning this bunch. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks they are going to be handled like professionals should handle them. I have nothing good to say . Meanwhile no sprayer for my sons car. UTTERLY USELESS AND NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope someone is warned enough by this 12 DOLLAR LITTLE example that they go spend all their car money SOMEWHERE ELSE . enough said! More
Lousy service A couple of months ago had a nail in one of my tires when I went to get it fixed they did it for free under the guarantee they told me. Today when I went back for another nail in my tires Julio from service department that they are not fixing any more nails in tires. When I told them that this was not what they told me before otherwise I would have not take the car there. When I asked them to program my second key for the car they told me it will take a couple of hours. At NO time they were courteous. They didn't care for the client . I will never buy another car in NISSAN BUENA PARK. More
