I'm sorry that the Nissan Survey got lost in a sea of my e-mails and I really would like to answer the survey. Actually, I wanted a Silver Rogue SL w/AWD. Furthermore, I have been looking for a vehicle for over four years and I have gone to several Nissan and other dealers. However, I can truly say that at least two dealerships in Los Angeles County were really disrespectful and apparently not conscious about the potential customer in several areas and dimensions, including diversity. I did not experience this callousness, lack of diversity or disrespect with Judy. I had no feelings of insolence or that a sham was taking place at this dealership. Mr. Ayala was also reasonable. I do have to investigate other options regarding other items offered to me but, I do intend to make the drive to this dealership for periodic maintenance and service. This is how impressive your staff was with me. I first made contact with Judy almost a year ago and she kept in touch with me. We gave one another equal opportunities. I could have purchased a vehicle from an extended family member of any type or brand of vehicle that I desired. However, Ms. Gregorios earned her spot in my consciousness; your rating scale does not have ten stars for her! Keep up the good work and please re-send the Nissan survey back to me that was sent on: (7/22/2020 @ 12:39pm.). Had I expected Nissan would delete this survey, I would have answered it much sooner. Removing the opportunity for me to catch up on unexpected e-mails and answer them is the only distasteful experience that I have had regarding this purchase. A Twenty-five word terse statement would not justify my experience. Please feel free to contact me again for anything regarding my desirable experience that I had with you all.
