Isaac has been my service advisor for years with my 2013 pathfinder that was replaced with a 2017 due to lemon law and now with my 2017. No receipt was provided. Price charged was $100 more than quoted. Said they didn't charge tax, but obviously covered it in the inflated charge. Thus whole repair started out on the wrong foot. Had 7 am appointment, but no one was there to meet me. No manager, no service associate. A mechanic took the key and wrote down what was wrong. Even the early bird drop off was empty of envelopes, etc. Crappie service all the way around. More
