Very poor service. Isaac is the service Representative. I am not sure they really changed the oil, filter. But I paid for the service. Waited total four hours. I expected a more personalized service. I came in for a 5000 miles service and surprised me with needing a 60,000 mile service. I expected a heads up. I did not appreciate the attitude of the rep and she was talking to the mechanic in their native language in front of me. I’m looking into finding another Nissan dealership. More
