I came in for the BMW M4 2025 and I didn't know what to decide. They had a GPS and paint protection package that covers all dents and theft and miscellaneous damages. They believe in protecting their inventory and as a customer I'm very happy with that! The GPS lowered my insurance and the paint protection I can always use incase someone puts a dent in my $90,000 car without reporting to insurance. That's a win for me. All of the negative comments on this dealership are very inaccurate as they don't force the add ons. They have the right to refuse to sell and the people complaining about add ons clearly don't realize every single used car dealership has add ons. At least Hgregs add ons are useful! I've been to stores where they charged $6000 for nothing. literally nothing you don't even know what you paid for. Those dealerships are the real scammers. I got 4 different products and all of them are useful !!! I advise everyone to come buy a used car from here ! More

They lure customers in with low prices, only to tack on nearly $4,000 in unnecessary add-ons. If it were a rare exotic car, that might make sense. But for a used car that’s scratched inside and out, with panels falling off, they still want an extra $4,000? That’s ridiculous. You can’t make an old car brand new again—so why pay for paint and interior protection? And the door guard? They hadn’t even installed it yet, but they still tried to charge an extra $800. They are crooks. They won't sell you a car unless you purchase their "optional add-ons". After calling around, I have a feeling that most Nissan dealerships are pressured to pull this xx on vulnerable people who don't know any better. This will be getting reported to the FTC. Just a bit of advice that can save you a lot of valuable time/energy/sanity: you, as a consumer, have the right to contact the dealership and ask about the out-the-door (OTD) price of a vehicle BEFORE you get to the dealership. If they give you the run around, don't even bother. These scams blew out of control during the COVID pandemic, when the price of a used car matched the price of a new car. The same time when so many people lost their jobs and livelihoods and lives. The FTC finally had to step in last year and make it stop. It's pathetic. Protect your wallets and your loved ones. Let them know. We've all lost enough. More

For people that fall for this I have a bridge I'd like to sell you. I get that everyone is trying to make money, but when buying a high end vehicle this experience feels like buying something off a drugdealer behind your local wendys. More

Half the vehicle is a way different color! When used car sales manager Faisal- owners brother was told by me that vehicle was not painted he got verbally aggressively...mad saying I was calling him a liar....Before all this xx I had told him all the bad reviews they had I told him make it right and I will give you a good review, Unfortunately he never kept his word....My wife was treated as nothing as he insulted her as she expressed her concerns also, My family and I decided to stop on Saturday evening to check on the update of the vehicle and when we noticed half the things not done, when accordingly it was going to be ready for pick up by monday we started to point out what was told and what was supposed to be done Faisal- Used Car manager started saying to myself, my wife and my oldest son we were blind, that we needed glasses!
