It was the exact car I wanted at a great price, and I was ready to do whatever was necessary—pay for delivery, fly to Florida, or pick it up in person. First thing in the morning, I received a call confirming the vehicle was available and was asked when I could come in. However, once the dealership found out I was out of state, they transferred me to their “out-of-state sales team,” which turned out to be a voicemail box that was full. I called back multiple times, only to be repeatedly transferred to the same full voicemail box. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused every time. After using a different phone number and eventually blocking my number just to get through to someone, I was informed about mandatory dealership fees totaling over $3,000. These included a $1,499 fee, an $899 fee, and a $1,299 fee for warranties on a car that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. These “mandatory fees” are deceptive and should be illegal. Staged pricing and hidden costs like these are misleading, and their refusal to communicate properly shows a total lack of respect for potential buyers. Buyer beware! Don’t let this dealership or others talk you into paying outrageous junk fees. The pricing is not what it seems, and their tactics are unethical. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Despite assurances from Alex, the sales manager, advising me that everything would be taken care of the day I bought the car, I've been waiting over three weeks for a check related to a car I traded in. Their customer service has been unresponsive, likely due to a caller ID screening system. After signing all documents and transferring all my belonging to the new car, I went up to the front desk to collect my trade in check as instructed and this happened. Tyrone surprised me with new information and told me it would take 3-5 business days to have it ready. Then when I visited the dealership on the 5th day since no one called or followed up with me, Tyrone called me a liar and told me that he said 7-10 days. On the 10th day I visited them again and, Alan, the finance manager I dealt with, said he didn't know what was going on with my check and hasn't followed up since. Miguel my sales rep has taken time out of schedule and tried to help, but overall it's been a frustrating experience & a 3 week hold time with no updates on my trade in check. New potential Buyer Beware, Use Caution with HGreg Doral. More
Husian was wonderful the whole process took a long time but they worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The staff was great. The only thing that was bad was all the fees they charge. $3500 in f but they worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The staff was great. This dealership is dishonest. They advertise one price. 15k in my case. Then they add hidden fees. Another 3k plus tax and license of course.
