It was the exact car I wanted at a great price, and I was ready to do whatever was necessary—pay for delivery, fly to Florida, or pick it up in person. First thing in the morning, I received a call confirming the vehicle was available and was asked when I could come in. However, once the dealership found out I was out of state, they transferred me to their “out-of-state sales team,” which turned out to be a voicemail box that was full. I called back multiple times, only to be repeatedly transferred to the same full voicemail box. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused every time. After using a different phone number and eventually blocking my number just to get through to someone, I was informed about mandatory dealership fees totaling over $3,000. These included a $1,499 fee, an $899 fee, and a $1,299 fee for warranties on a car that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. These “mandatory fees” are deceptive and should be illegal. Staged pricing and hidden costs like these are misleading, and their refusal to communicate properly shows a total lack of respect for potential buyers. Buyer beware! Don’t let this dealership or others talk you into paying outrageous junk fees. The pricing is not what it seems, and their tactics are unethical. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Despite assurances from Alex, the sales manager, advising me that everything would be taken care of the day I bought the car, I've been waiting over three weeks for a check related to a car I traded in. Their customer service has been unresponsive, likely due to a caller ID screening system. After signing all documents and transferring all my belonging to the new car, I went up to the front desk to collect my trade in check as instructed and this happened. Tyrone surprised me with new information and told me it would take 3-5 business days to have it ready. Then when I visited the dealership on the 5th day since no one called or followed up with me, Tyrone called me a liar and told me that he said 7-10 days. On the 10th day I visited them again and, Alan, the finance manager I dealt with, said he didn't know what was going on with my check and hasn't followed up since. Miguel my sales rep has taken time out of schedule and tried to help, but overall it's been a frustrating experience & a 3 week hold time with no updates on my trade in check. I would like to share the terrible experience I had with the dealer when I bought my car. The salesperson took him for a test drive, signed the Carfax for the car, and the salesman assured that the car had only had minor incidents and he gave the deposit. On Monday we went back there, I took the car for a test drive, and the salesman confirmed that the car had only had minor incidents. I signed all the papers, including the one that said the car did NOT have structural demage( I have the paper with me) As the buyer of the car, I trusted him and did NOT check the Carfax at the time. I left the dealership with the car, hit the road, and to my surprise, the car would not go straight. I got home, sent a message to the salesman, and then I checked the Carfax for the car, and to my surprise, the car DID have structural demage. And then the story began... I went back the next day with the car, and explained how irresponsible the salesman was in lying, saying that the car only had minor issues, since I have a special needs son who had just had surgery on his spine and had 14 pins put in his back. I called the manager Alex Vazquez explained the issue, and asked him to help me resolve the issue, since the salesman had NEVER shown me the Carfax for that car (after all, I am the owner of the car) and it did not have my signature. The manager was extremely rude, and simply said that he would not change the prices at all and that if I wanted to, I could pay the difference to get another car. He turned his back and left... the worst experience of my life in that store. I have copies of all the documents and am in contact with my lawyer, since I was forced to only make the exchange and still pay more for a car that I did not want, dealing with dishonest people. Run as far and fast way from this place as you possibly can. Not only did they make 7 hard inquiries on my credit without my consent and significantly decreasing my credit score. They took a $300 deposit from me on a car that once it arrived it was “not up to standard” I decided not to move forward with another car and ask for my deposit back which I had originally paid on my cc. They had me fill out some forms and said that they would refund me in a couple of days. THREE week later they called saying they had a check for me when I had been told the charge would be refunded back to my cc. And when you call to speak to someone they just hang up!!! This place is unprofessional and will scam you without thinking it twice. More
