Husian was wonderful the whole process took a long time but they worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The staff was great. The only thing that was bad was all the fees they charge. $3500 in f but they worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The staff was great. The only thing that was bad was all the fees they charge. $3500 in fees was a lot more than I expected but they did give me more for my trade to make up for it. All in all a good place to get a car. More

This dealership is dishonest. They advertise one price. 15k in my case. Then they add hidden fees. Another 3k plus tax and license of course. One week after I picked the truck olí light cane on. They said oil was changed. They lied. Now three month later I replaced all four tires and replaced the brakes. They don’t check anything and don’t guarantee anything. Buyer beware. More

I would like to share the terrible experience I had with the dealer when I bought my car. A friend (Brazilian who does not speak fluent English) went to the dealer to help me choose the best car that would the dealer when I bought my car. A friend (Brazilian who does not speak fluent English) went to the dealer to help me choose the best car that would be safe for me and my son on Saturday 07/23/2024. The salesperson took him for a test drive, signed the Carfax for the car, and the salesman assured that the car had only had minor incidents and he gave the deposit. On Monday we went back there, I took the car for a test drive, and the salesman confirmed that the car had only had minor incidents. I signed all the papers, including the one that said the car did NOT have structural demage( I have the paper with me) As the buyer of the car, I trusted him and did NOT check the Carfax at the time. I left the dealership with the car, hit the road, and to my surprise, the car would not go straight. I got home, sent a message to the salesman, and then I checked the Carfax for the car, and to my surprise, the car DID have structural demage. And then the story began... I went back the next day with the car, and explained how irresponsible the salesman was in lying, saying that the car only had minor issues, since I have a special needs son who had just had surgery on his spine and had 14 pins put in his back. I called the manager Alex Vazquez explained the issue, and asked him to help me resolve the issue, since the salesman had NEVER shown me the Carfax for that car (after all, I am the owner of the car) and it did not have my signature. The manager was extremely rude, and simply said that he would not change the prices at all and that if I wanted to, I could pay the difference to get another car. He turned his back and left... the worst experience of my life in that store. I have copies of all the documents and am in contact with my lawyer, since I was forced to only make the exchange and still pay more for a car that I did not want, dealing with dishonest people. Run as far and fast way from this place as you possibly can. Not only did they make 7 hard inquiries on my credit without my consent and significantly decreasing my credit score. They took a $300 deposi can. Not only did they make 7 hard inquiries on my credit without my consent and significantly decreasing my credit score. They took a $300 deposit from me on a car that once it arrived it was “not up to standard” I decided not to move forward with another car and ask for my deposit back which I had originally paid on my cc. They had me fill out some forms and said that they would refund me in a couple of days. THREE week later they called saying they had a check for me when I had been told the charge would be refunded back to my cc. And when you call to speak to someone they just hang up!!! This place is unprofessional and will scam you without thinking it twice. More

Dealership was very large, clean, and the people that worked there were very happy go lucky and joyful to be around. The vibe was very nice.
