Morgan worked quickly to find a luxury SUV that fit her desires and for the couple options that it was missing, he arranged for competent installers to have everything installed prior to pick up. As luck would have it, our son arrived a month early and right at the same time we were scheduled to pick up the SUV. Morgan not only made sure we didn't have to worry about any of the final details on the purchase by ensuring everything was in order, BUT he also delivered it to the hospital so that we could take our son home in the safety of the SUV his mother wanted. The entire experience was seamless and compared with purchasing from a normal dealership that just wanted to sell me what they had, Morgan always listened and worked to ensure we purchased the vehicle we were looking for, we never felt pressured to buy and weren't rushed through the sale. Having a disdain for typical auto dealerships, where you always wonder whether you are actually getting a good deal or not, that was never in question working with a broker agency like H.M. Brown. Being a "car guy" myself, I like to be totally involved in the search for a new car. Working with Morgan gave me hands-on involvement in the whole process. After narrowing down the choice of car in discussions with Morgan, he and I searched the internet nationwide for several weeks to find that particular car, at the price we wanted. He found a great deal on one five states away. My wife and I used the experience of going to take possession of the car as a vacation opportunity in driving it back to Colorado. Morgan had done all the paperwork and arranged the financing which we settled in about 30 minutes in his office. He gave us a temporary license plate for the car, and we flew off to get it using our airline benefits. We already knew exactly what the car looked like from all the multitude of pictures Morgan got for us from the dealer who was selling the car. We even were able to correspond with the dealer personally, so there were no surprises when we saw the car for the first time after having already purchased it. What a great experience!
