I brought in my Trailblazer, which has performed beautifully for 5 years, to this shop b/c my regular Stamford location was booked. The car felt like it was struggling at 35 MPH. I could tell something was wrong; not ready for my family to take it on the highway for an extended weekend. The service rep. told me that the mechanic said that I needed to replace the driving fluid and the transmission fluid on top of the regular servicing. My bill? $922.00! I drove off the lot and the car was still struggling. They hadn't even diagnosed or fixed the problem. I couldn't believe that this could happen at an authorized dealer. I feel like I have been taken by a bunch of gypsies. The office is run by a bunch of 20 somethings who really don't care about the customer. Do Not take your business here. More

Service is sucks mechanics have no clue what they doing: wrong installation of car alarm couldn't find a problem,engine pieces not connected ,losen alternator bolts and many other things,came with working t wrong installation of car alarm couldn't find a problem,engine pieces not connected ,losen alternator bolts and many other things,came with working truck and came out with garbage for less in my package $600.00 More

Dealer 'forgot' to tell us that the car didn't have a spare time. After one week, it's had 2 flats and countless hours spent trying to resolve. my story starts off with a bad experience at another Chevy dealership so I decided to take the ride all the way out to CT, I was greeted and welcomed by Peter one of the sales men he was very helpful we Chevy dealership so I decided to take the ride all the way out to CT, I was greeted and welcomed by Peter one of the sales men he was very helpful went over everything in detail we then met Bill he was awesome really went out of his way to make you feel like your business was important to him he not only spent hours trying to get me the truck I wanted he gave me a great price for my old truck and a great deal on my new one. I would recommend this dealership highly. everybody was so friendly and nice, they even got my truck the next day which they had to go a few states away to pick up. More
