Not pushy! I went into look at a Kia Sportage. I told the salesman Malik Sams I was shopping around for different vehicles at different dealerships. He was super I went into look at a Kia Sportage. I told the salesman Malik Sams I was shopping around for different vehicles at different dealerships. He was super kind and understanding I was not set on this purchase yet. We went for a test drive and he said he would get back to me within a day. He texted me to see if I had any questions, I told him I would get back to him later in the week. At that point he did not continue to call or text me he waited for me to get back to him. When I made the decision to buy from Kia, I let him know, I applied for my loan online, when I came in the next day the vehicle is waiting for me and this sale seemed seamless. The manager, John, was very friendly and excited to help me with my deal. I would definitely go back there to purchase another vehicle. More

Unethical Business Practices Repulsive company to do business with. This company and its finance person and certain sales person lack integrity and morals. If you are interested in a company that will take advantage of a young female making her first car purchase, you are in the right place. If you want to purchase a car and within 12 hours of the purchase have to go back to the lot because a light on the dash for a tail light came on and then have the business tell you you need to leave you new car with them for 5 days to fix, this is the place for you. If you work out a $750 trade in value for your previous car at the time of purchase and then at the time of plating the car the DMV tells you the trade in value is $1 not $750, again this is the place for you. Lastly, if you need to take the car in because the tire pressure keeps going low to find out that you will have to pay for the repair on the tire because the extend bumper to bumper warranty you paid for was not the same warranty that the finance manager worked into the loan, this is the place for you. H & H Kia is a business that lives up to the reputation of many car dealerships when it comes to unethical practices and taking advantage of young females. H & H Crooks is a more fitting name for this dealership! Stay away unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and unethical business practices. ***Please note I had to give a one star because the site would not let me give zero*** More
