Fast and Friendly After spending 4 hours at a different KIA dealer with no deal, we stopped at to H&H even though we were tired of the whole car buying process. When Kris approached us and asked if we needed help, we said yes, if this can be done quickly. He actually started jogging around the dealership to expedite things. We were in and out in a remarkably short amount of time with a great car. Kris was extremely helpful and I would go back to H&H in the future. More
I wanted to get my oil changed. I'm from out of state and was driving through town. I was calling several dealers in the Nebraska area as I drove from one state to the next. Didn't really care for the price of an oil change at any of them (I'm a cheapo) nor the way the others handled the phone call and inquiry. But when I got GWEN on the phone at H & H, all I can say is...WOW...what a fantastic customer service rep she is. What a great FIRST IMPRESSION she gave for H & H. She answered questions I had about my car and the kind of oil that was needed, etc. She seemed to go above what I expected most folks to reply with. She was very helpful and had I not needed to make an appt--I would have stopped in. (I was in a hurry didn't have time to wait a day to make an appt.) Based on the way she made me feel on the phone made me think that H & H has someone VERY special here. They need to take care of her. She is obviously giving a good impression to potential customers. Anyone can be professional or "polite", but being "PERSONABLE" as she was...is what makes the difference. If I'm in the Omaha area again on my travels and in need of service, I will consider H & H. More
Jordan is a mess. Didn't run financing while I was there. It changed 4 days later and payments/paperwork had to be redone. Went to register car and she failed to include taxes in financing. Dave made the process of purchasing my new SUV easy from start (test driving different styles) to finish (the tutorial of the vehicle inside and out). This is my 2nd Kia, I’ve found the cars to be highly reliable and who can beat that warranty. Dave was always around and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had about my new vehicle. I can’t speak more highly of Dave, as a woman dealing with a car salesman can be difficult and frustrating, Dave is a straight shooter and works to get the customer the best deal possible. That’s why my family has purchased 4 cars from him in the last 3 years. When you go into H&H ask for Dave Holmes, tell him his favorite customer sent you. More
The only thing I didn't like about the experience was how they handled the trade in price. They tried to pull a couple of "old car salesman" moves on me. i was able to see through them but others might how they handled the trade in price. We worked with Randy and treated us great. We won't go anywhere again for a car after this, he got us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted and made sure to check in and see how the car was doin go anywhere again for a car after this, he got us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted and made sure to check in and see how the car was doing. I told him a headlight had just gone out, so he had me set up with it fixed in half an hour no problem. Everyone was extremely nice to us, they have a great waiting room with TV's, sodas, and an espresso/latte/every hot drink imaginable machine or a quiet room if you want to read or do homework while you're waiting. Plus the two year service plan we got is amazing. I seriously recommend going to see Randy today! More
He was very pushy, He was more concerned of taking my money, rather then giving me and my wife time to look at the car and talk to one another. They took away my keys and were holding them hostage, they wouldnt give them back!! We wanted to go and eat lunch after being there for 3 hours and he wouldnt let us leave. Telling us that we werent going to come back. We had to fill out a customer servey in front of them, of course i didnt want to put anything negitive about them in front of them, they still had my car keys lol. They financial manager Blake just laughed when i mentioned i just filled up my car that i was trading in and like alittle gas in the new car cause the gas light was on. we felt like we had to buy a car in order to leave, dont get me wrong i like my new car i just felt being rushed! i told them i would like to look around at other dealerships before setteling on the car i choosen, but didnt listen!! I just felt like we were bullied, and rushed into buying a car! Just think twice before coming here, dont give them your keys unless you plan on buying a car that day!! More
When me and my girlfriend when into the dealership, we were first declined any type of vehicle due to our credit being less than perfect. However, my girlfriend then brought her mother in as a cosigner an were first declined any type of vehicle due to our credit being less than perfect. However, my girlfriend then brought her mother in as a cosigner and she has an over 800 credit score, and they told us that the loan was approved and even let us take home the vehicle that we were to plan on purchasing even before finalizing everything which the finance lady said was no big deal. After letting us keep the vehicle for 4 days, she called to inform my girlfriend that we were unable to be approved for the loan simply because of something they said they could not prove on my girlfriends credit. The finance lady also claimed the my girlfriends mother had an open loan on her credit which would make her debt to income ratio too high to handle a new payment. We have since looked at her credit report, and low and behold, there is no such open auto loan on her credit. This was a very deceptive way of doing business and I feel as though it was handled in a way that is far less professional than any place I have ever dealt with. I have heard some good things about this dealership, but after this terrible experience, we will be spreading the word that they are an unethical company, at least the finance manager lady was. I just think the finance lady needs to learn how to treat people as respectful as they deserve. In her position, she does not have the right to play God as it seemed to us. She needs to be retaught that every scenario with each person is different and they need to be treated as such. This will not be an issue I just let go either, so any attempted communication will be met with much resentment and hesitation to adjust on my stance on this. More
After going back and forth for two days at a dealership across the river, we walked into H&H Kia. I was pleasently supprised at the difference in customer care. It took 15 minutes worth of negotiations and across the river, we walked into H&H Kia. I was pleasently supprised at the difference in customer care.
