Untrustworthy service Took my wife's car in for oil change and tire rotation, when she pitched it up we noticed that several of the plastic clips had been broken and during Took my wife's car in for oil change and tire rotation, when she pitched it up we noticed that several of the plastic clips had been broken and during the drive home the plastic rubbed on the tire and wore a spot. I called the dealer and she bright it back and they fixed it but did not know how they got broke. Now sceptical I looked at her tires and noticed they had not been rotated because she had a flat and the left front has a large scratch and it was still on the left front, call the dealer back they checked with the tech and he admitted he didn't rotate them but the manager told me it was something they don't really charge for anyway. Not the service I am used to from Kia or Hyundai. I have owned 7 to date and this is the most untrustworthy dealer I have ever felt with More

Ok buying experience I had an average experience at H & H. Was not happy with the trade amount for my 2008 Sorento. I received numerous mailings wanting to buy my Sorento I had an average experience at H & H. Was not happy with the trade amount for my 2008 Sorento. I received numerous mailings wanting to buy my Sorento with an extra $2000 on top and then they only gave me $2500 for it. I even received a mailing from them AFTER I purchased a new Kia, wanting to purchase my 2008 Kia for more! What the heck? More
