Careless Work I took my car there for my last oil change. I had an appointment and was there for 2 hours which seemed ridiculous to me. The oil change was supposed I took my car there for my last oil change. I had an appointment and was there for 2 hours which seemed ridiculous to me. The oil change was supposed to include a tire rotation and they checked that off as complete, however, I have a slow leak in one of my tires and because of this was able to determine that they didn't actually rotate my tires. When I notified them of this the only tho g they did was say I could come in again and get them rotated.Worst of all, when I got my next oil change (obviously somewhere else) they asked who did my last oil change because they said that the plug for the oil tank was hanging on by a thread and they thought 10 more miles of driving would have resulted in the plug falling out and draining my car of oil and ruined my 3 year old vehicle. I will NEVER go to H&H again. More
