We bought a used 2017 Kia Sorento at H&H about ayear ago. The salesperson never told us that he would be applying for loan on our behalf at over 10 places. He said after the fact he was having trouble getting us approved for loan. Oddly we had no trouble re-financing loan at substantially less interest rate after we bought the car. The salesperson said the car was still covered under Kia's warranty since only 17k miles on it. When we met with Finance manager he said that was not true and convinced us to buy expensive extended warranty. He also assured me he would get me another key fob since they only had one for the car. After two emails and a call, I never received a call back or the key fob. I would never go back to H&H but my wife took the vehicle in yesterday to see what was making the car bounce and the noise associated with that. They said they would look at it but never told her how much it would cost to just determine what was wrong. I talked to service department and they said they had to do "a pretty thorough diagnostic taking some things off" to determine cause of issue. He said they determined that the front rotors were bad and front brake pads needed replaced (the car had 21k miles on it). He said it would cost $360 to resurface front rotors and replace front brake pads. I said I thought that was kind if expensive and would take it to someone I know would charge less. He said that was fone but we still owed $160 for diagnostic fee. Really $160 to determine brakes were bad. So the choice was pay 160 for nothing or 360 to have brakes done. We paid to fix brakes but will never go back to this place will try hard to let everyone else that we can know about our experience at H&H. More
The dealer we purchased our car from made verbal assurances that were not satisfied once we came back to pick up the vehicle. When we inspected the vehicle, we realized that the trunk button on the assurances that were not satisfied once we came back to pick up the vehicle. When we inspected the vehicle, we realized that the trunk button on the keyfob wasn't working. We were told that the trunk release would be reprogrammed by Mark Medeiros, but after purchasing the vehicle, we realized that he didn't even make the effort. To make matters worse, we went back to the dealership to see Mark about the issue. He tried to tell us that the keyfob didn't work because it wasn't a power liftgate. We respectfully disagreed and then agreed to take the vehicle to the proper dealership to be sure. Mark told us to let him know what the dealer said because he wanted us to have what we were supposed to get. After confirming that the keyfob should, in fact, release the trunk so it would lift on its own, we called Mark to let him know. Mark told us that after we left, his boss told him that during inspection of the vehicle, all they were required to do was see if the keyfob would lock and unlock the doors. After we walked Mark back through the conversation we had with him, he eluded to the classic car dealer babble, "At what point does the vehicle stob being ours and become yours?" We hadn't even had the vehicle a week, nor had we contacted him about any other issue before. The issue wasn't even a major one, and he refused to be a man of his word. He did not honor the verbal agreement. Purchasing the vehicle was a bit of a headache as well. Since we did not finance our vehicle through the H&H Kia, our financial institute had trouble getting the right information from their finance department. Phone calls and emails did not seem to get the job done. We eventually had to go back down to H&H Kia and call our bank so that we can get them on the same page. It was not a good experience. We will not be going to purchase my wife's new vehicle there this August. If you go to this dealership, avoid Mark Medeiros. More

I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience today. My sales guy was Sam Sadiq. He could tell I was I was torn but never pressured me to make a decision and helped me way the pros and cons until I was happy with my decision. The atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. I had brought my mom along for the ride and now she is looking forward to buying her next car at Kia with Sam! More
Unethical! Unethical sales people! My father in-law had just turned in a Kia that was leased from here. After he was told that "they will send him a bill after Unethical sales people! The window sticker was in with the paperwork, they not only charged him 3000.00 more than the window sticker, they in turn sold him a service contract for 1265.00 for a car that has a 5yr warranty and they drive about 5000 miles a year if that, of SC covers brake pads and battery, Really! do you think a car is going to need brakes in 15k miles? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF H&H!!! Taking advantage of a 82 year old on a fixed income, I will tell everyone I know about this, and I am sure it will cost you more than the profit you made on this deal. More
