I chose to wait rather than take a loner vehicle since he said it would be about an hour. My only complaint is regarding the chairs in their otherwise very nice waiting area. These chairs are comfortable while sitting, however the seat goes down toward the rear and are low, making it difficult to get up. A couple others who were there mentioned it as well. Anyway, the job was done in less than an hour. Although it didn’t need it, the car was washed. I’ve been a customer for 13 yrs and have never been disappointed. More
