First of all , I contacted H+H KIA about an 2019 Ford . The Ford was listed at $1400 . This low price would not normally be a fair price for this vehicle. So , I knew that I was just dreaming. But , I filled out an credit app at my bank to determine if I could buy a vehicle of its caliber. Meanwhile , the good people at H+H KIA tried to contact me as to answer my inquiree. For about a week , I had no answer to credit score , an approved amount to borrow , or if I would be able to pay for the Ford even. Then a man from H+H KIA texted me saying "he was sorry he made me angry". As soon as I saw the text I checked the time of day , and sent a text back excusing myself for not being prepared to purchase any vehicle when I made the enquiree. I also wanted to thank H+H KIA's personnel for quickly contacting me back , and forgiving me due to my unpreparedness : they were ready to proceed. My feeling is that the dealership is professional , courteous , and knowledgeble.. Maybe I could get something later! More

They misrepresented many aspects of this purchase, signed me up for thousands of dollars of additional insurance coverage I did not agree to (which I am now having to try to cancel) and left out extremely critical details about those services I did actually sign up for. The interest rate they gave me was terrible, despite the fact that I have really good credit. They didn’t show me any other financing options - a single credit union, which is suspicious. They really hustled me through the finance process and in retrospect it’s pretty clear this was done so I didn’t have time to ask the questions I should have. I have tried to get in touch with them to get answers or explanations for all of this, but I can’t get anyone to return my calls. This experience was horrible. Do not buy vehicles from these people. The salesman who helped us was super shady about the history of the car and we should have listened to our instinct and not bought it. He even insisted we leave a 5 star review right away. Glad we waited to see if that review was deserved or not. Very unethical that a company goes so far as to rip people off and break a teenagers heart. Save your money and don’t spend a dime at HH Kia. These folks started out strong with good communication and interest. When I wanted to take steps to learn about the vehicle (they said was hail damaged) and make an offer on the vehicle, they never respo and interest. Very disappointed I found a vehicle that they have incoming Kia Carnival their MSRP is about $43,000 they have a listed at $45,853 I would be willing to pay for that but when I called, they’re telling incoming Kia Carnival their MSRP is about $43,000 they have a listed at $45,853 I would be willing to pay for that but when I called, they’re telling me that I have to pay 5000 over. They are clearly doing false advertisement and they are not fixing their online pricing and will not honor it very disappointed in this dealership and they’re not willing to budge for anything. Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. Its been a month. My loans on my trades are not paid. Off getting late fees. No loan yet. Wont answer their phones.
