I went into this dealership specifically looking for a new Kia forte 2023. I worked with Andrew. I had lots of questions and he seemed to answer them fine. My original plan was to get all the information from them with a price on the car and then do the same on an Elantra. So when they came out with a price that I wasn’t really happy with I said no thanks. I’ll go look at an Elantra and if it’s the same price I’ll go with an Elantra. So after over an hour of many salespeople and the usual I gotta go ask my boss crap we settled on a deal of 21,500. Then I said ok I’ll buy it for that. It took 39 minutes to see finance because they all needed time to get in the same page for the big screw over that was about to happen. I went to buy it and they sold it to me for 22,500. I questioned this number and they made lies about taxes and other crap that I regret I believed. They also added an extended warranty that I had to go back and get taken off. Now everything is signed and done and I paid an extra 1,000 dollars over our deal and there’s nothing I can do now since Nebraska has no 3 day cooling off period. I can’t even explain to you how slimy this deal and company is. If you want a Kia don’t go here. I can’t say it was just the salesman, although he is slimy, it was the entire staff working on my deal. Save time and money by going elsewhere More
I bought a car and paid off on the spot 7 weeks ago and I’ve been begging them to send the title so I can register the car. Took out the vehicle and rearend was making a whining noise.i asked the salesman, what he thought the noise is? His reply what noise? Must thought I was stupid, you could feel the vibration. But you have to fix the rear end. He said the don't service vehicles. That was the end for me. Because I seen a car coming out of the door marked service department. I suggest no one should go there and be treated like an idiot. More
Once the sale of my 2023 Kia Sorento was finalized I never heard back from the sales representative. When I would call for a question to the finance gentleman he never would answer his phone. I left messages and send emails that never got responded or returned. I had a heck of a time getting my title to the DMV and I was never given the right contact from the dealer. I had a mishap when transporting something in my cargo space and ended up needing to replace a rear interior panel of my vehicle. I called and made an appointment a week out for 8:30am. My car ended up being there the entire day as it wasn’t being worked on until 2:30-3:00pm. When I arrived to pick it up I made sure to inspect the work completed. The first thing I noticed as my tailgate was lifting was the black grease/oil all over the bumper and side of my vehicle (my sorento is white). When I get to looking at the panel that was replaced I notice that it is scratched in two separate spots that were NOT there before. I point it out to the guy behind the desk and he blamed it on the technician. I told him I brought my car to get fixed. He took pictures and said he’d get a new part ordered and they would take care of it. My frustration is that I don’t live in Omaha and had to make a trip and spend the entire day without a vehicle to then show up and my car was in worse conditions than I left it. To make matters worse when I go to pump gas I notice that a piece of my back taillight is gone! I immediately return to the dealer and ask the same guy to come take a look. He again took pictures and told me that that shouldn’t have had anything to do with what my vehicle was getting replaced. I love my new vehicle and I of course would notice if something was wrong, I told the guy that the piece missing was there when I dropped off. Fast forward a week, I haven’t heard back from anyone regarding the replacement parts for my car so I call. When I called I was informed that the parts had been there for a couple days and didn’t think to let me know. So, I let them know at Kia that I was out of town for work and wasn’t going to be able to bring it it right then. They told me I had 30 days or the part was going to be sent away! I drove from Arkansas (8hrs) to get my parts replaced. I again waited for 4 hours for my car. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted by anyone! Everyone there is not people friendly, feels as though me “the customer” is an inconvenience to them in the service department. They get my car pulled up, I did notice my car did NOT have that nasty grease/oil all over it so that is a good note. I then proceeded to look at the replacement part and only one of the parts/compartments that needed replaced was replaced!!!! I STILL HAVE A SCRATCH!!! Where there wasn’t a scratch when I initially bought my car in the first time!!!!!!! The guy took another picture and told me he would get me the part ordered. Needless to say, I am not impressed with the customer service and service there at H&H Kia in Omaha. I am still waiting to hear back from the dealer on that part. More
We didn’t end up buying the car we went there to look at, it did buy another car from Willie. He was great to work with. Tried to do business here and worked with Sam. Placed an order for a 2023 Kia Forte and while most dealerships are canceling forced add ons this dealership is keeping them in place.
