Bait & Switch ! They advertised online 6 new 2020 AWD Traverse LS for $28,195 if you trade-in & finance. I have a 2015 AWD Traverse with 44k they valued for trade a ! They advertised online 6 new 2020 AWD Traverse LS for $28,195 if you trade-in & finance. I have a 2015 AWD Traverse with 44k they valued for trade at $11k. $28-$11=$17k, right? They want me to agree to financing $25k. I say no, so they come down to $20,900 even though $17,195 would be correct. Guess what? They said all new Traverses there have a $3900 floormat/undercoating/nitrogen tires package which isn't advertised or included in the $28k price. More

Oil change on Tuesday. Wife oil change Tuesday. First thing tires have not been checked check oil over full coolant low Oil dripping off motor cover. And car wash sucks Wife oil change Tuesday. Skid plate cover is broken. Gee did they even look at my car. Tires haven’t held pressure the time I bought the car. Very angry. I can’t get good service. Tried to buy a car Drove to Omaha to buy a car listed on the H&H website. When I arrived and asked to see the car, was told they had to find it, was taken into an office Drove to Omaha to buy a car listed on the H&H website. When I arrived and asked to see the car, was told they had to find it, was taken into an office and asked questions about what I was looking for, after 1/2 hour of waiting was told they still could not find the car, but will call me. I waited around Omaha 4 more hours, I called 2 more time (once every 1 1/2-2 hours, was told still cannot find car will call me on Monday. I will not purchase from a dealer that does not appear to care about their customers, leave them hanging for four hours and how does a dealer that is in business to sell cars (lose car advertised on their website) More
