If I could give this place a -(5), I would. I purchased a new 2021 Silverado for work that has given me nothing but problems. The service department here is a joke. They have had the truck in about five time new 2021 Silverado for work that has given me nothing but problems. The service department here is a joke. They have had the truck in about five times. On one of the occasions, they had it over a week to fix a problem that till this day has not been taken care of. My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle at this location run as fast as you can do not to waste your money or your time with the incompetent people that will not help you when a problem arise with a vehicle that you purchase. Not only was I talked to like if I were stupid and didn't understand what the person was saying. If I could go back, I would have never purchased a vehicle here, nor would I ever let anyone I know set a foot inside this store. I contacted the manager a couple of times to get help with this issue and always got voicemail. I left voicemails to which my calls were never returned. We were explicitly told that there would be a truck ready for us when we arrived to drop off the truck for service, To which one of the managers said to me that that was not what the text message said, which clearly it did. Please, please avoid this dealership at all costs. There are so many others in town that will treat you like a customer and take care of you And help you if a problem comes up. I could go on and on and on with more issues with the situation that this service department has put me in, So please consider my review I would not waste my time coming in here to review if I didn't feel as strongly as I do about this dealership especially their service department. To the guy in the service department, the raised his voice at me and made me feel like I was stupid. Called to buy a new traverse and take advantage of the discounts they have, was told that all the traversesbon there lot were loaners, they were rude and didnt care if they sold a new vehicle or not. Worst possible experience! New tranny installed, they screwed up the CV axle seal, leaking tranny fluid everywhere once i finally got it back, wouldnt fix it because it was supposedly out of warranty. Wanted to try and charge me $500 to fix there own screw up! Thats not how you do business, they obviously don't or won't stand behind there work!!! Will never be back to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle worked on! SMH!!!! More

We were looking at a Chevy Traverse and we had a sales by the name of Josh Phaff be unwilling to give a fair trade in offer. We did the KBB as well as their website for a trade in valuation and Josh came bac the name of Josh Phaff be unwilling to give a fair trade in offer. We did the KBB as well as their website for a trade in valuation and Josh came back with 1/2 of what they both stated. Pretty crazy and his reasoning was “well my manager said the market for that vehicle is what it is”. So why would you have a tool on your website that produces results not even close. We are talking $3000-$4000 difference. I have pictures of our emails as well as the H&H website for the trade in estimate. Clearly them offering a good deal on their vehicles means they will rip you off for trade in. After asking to talk with someone else, it still didn’t happen because Josh is the one that called us back. I will work on uploading the documentation and texts as well to show how this dealership operates. Clearly something needs to change in this dealership or Josh should not be employed there. More

Hi, katie again. Guess what chevy!! Since you guys didn’t take my car in when my mom and I asked you to (take it to ford, I mean). I bought a used Ford Focus there a bout a year ago and ever since I drove it off the lot it’s been shuttering and jerking after accelerating f sucks! I bought a used Ford Focus there a bout a year ago and ever since I drove it off the lot it’s been shuttering and jerking after accelerating from a stop. I’ve taken it in COUNTLESS TIMES. And paid money for them to check it just for them to say there was nothing wrong. So, I went to Certified Transmission and they told me that there is definitely something wrong with my transmission and they can’t fix it. They told me to take it to Ford. So, I drove to H and H Chevy and showed Ronell Cutler the two papers given to me by Certified Transmission. One was a recall paper on my transmission and another was the tests CT ran. And I told him I was still having the jerking issue and he asked me “Well, is it so bad that it’s choking you?” WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME THAT!? He should be fired for saying that to a customer and he was on the phone with my mom when he asked me that (By the way my mom worked at H and H Chevy for a couple years). Those advisors are rude and disrespectful. All dealerships just want to eat money and not take care of their customers. If H and H Chevy wants to contact me then please email me. I have many more issues that I would LOVE to be resolved. More
