Worthless Oh where to start.. It's funny how when your looking for a vehicle they call you non stop but after the purchase is made no one can seem to return cal Oh where to start.. It's funny how when your looking for a vehicle they call you non stop but after the purchase is made no one can seem to return calls and anyone in finance is just do busy.. All day give me a break! Iv been trying to track down our refund check for the past two months. Each time I call they are busy don't return calls when voicemails are left or everyone has left at 5pm. When I specifically ask to be called the next day no one calls.. We bought a 2014 brand new silverado within a month of buying the vehicle and now only having 1,000 miles on it the check engine light begins blinking. Turns out the engine was back firing over 108 times. Don't you think these vehicles should be tested brand new or not before sold.. The engine would have blown up if we kept driving it per machamics at h and h. On top of that we couldn't license the truck for a month and a half because the paperwork was wrong. One would think everything is checked out before vehicles are sold.. Didn't hear to many good things about h and h prior and thought we should give them a try because some people don't always have a great experience for whatever small reason but feel so incredibly embarrassed with the told you so for trying this company out. Never again will we return and nothing but negatives to anyone we talk to looking to buy a vehicle. More

I went in, punched some numbers, drove a car, and a few hours later left with a new vehicle. My salesmen was very understanding of my budget; him, his manager and the business manager all cut me deals that would work for my price range. 5 Stars just isnt enough! Alright so 1 year I had a HORRIBLE experience with a competitor in which I over paid, lack of communication, had a confusing purchase process, and mor Alright so 1 year I had a HORRIBLE experience with a competitor in which I over paid, lack of communication, had a confusing purchase process, and more. With H & H it has been the EXACT OPPOSITE. When I pulled in and started walking to the volts I was greeted by a sales rep. When I told him I was interested in the Volt the guy quickly stops me and states that he didnt know much about the Volt and tells me he will find an expert for me. He did. From then on I was working with a sales rep John Niggemeyer, right then I was shocked. I have had dealings with a sales rep pretending to know what they are talking about and then not knowing a thing. The volt expert John N. KNEW HIS STUFF. He told me everything i needed to know about the Volt. Took it for a test drive and I am now a chevy volt owner. The purchasing process was very painless and with no confusion. I worked with a guy in finance by the name of Rommie (i think...) He was very nice and told me everything I needed to know. He even told me how I can get a refund for my chevy cruze (previous car) warranty. Something I didnt even know was possible. He worked his magic and pulled some strings to get me into my dream car. AMAZING! Thanks John and Rommie for all your hard work and kindness. I will be doing business with you guys again and will be telling everyone I know looking for a car to shop at H & H. -Mike H. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I came and test drove a truck I was interested in and made it very clear to make the deal work I would need a great deal. They set me up a appointment a couple days later and called me several times to ensure I was there on time. Well, I get there on time and waited 20 minutes until my salesman finally showed up. We finally started to work some numbers and my salesman Joe seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Their was a advertised internet price for this truck that they didnt want to honor and not work with the price. They kept coming back with even higher prices and payments that didnt make any sense. I have purchased 3 vehicles from here in the past and this was the worst experience I ever had. I wasted 2 hours of my time and got nowhere with them, they didnt seem to want to work with me at all. With my calculations we were only a few thousand apart from their advertised price to what I offered. I couldnt believe they let me leave a deal for a $50,000 truck, and to top it all off my salesman suggested I "water down my milk at home" to afford a higher payment. Well, I will not be coming back here and I will be sure to pass on my experience to my vast network of friends, family and co-workers because H&H Chevy dosnt need your business! More
trying to but a new car i live in lincoln and it was worth the drive to omaha to buy a car and a truck just bummed out when i went for the third car and couldn't get a deal. i live in lincoln and it was worth the drive to omaha to buy a car and a truck just bummed out when i went for the third car and couldn't get a deal. was very disappointed after spending 50 grand at a dealership had a great sales person in john niggemeyer who was trying to close the deal for tami horne on e sales. i can't help that chevy makes such a good product that my 2003 impala has 270 thousand miles on it very well maintain, but i know i should get more than 500 bucks for it!! yes still bitter about the slap in the face on that. i hope someone wakes up cause there are other chevy dealers. thank you for your time bob schoonover More
Very disappointed with the H&H management staff at this dealership. Sales staff had a pleasant demeanor , but sales management did not. I noticed this was the case it's several attempted "deals" that this dealership. Sales staff had a pleasant demeanor , but sales management did not. I noticed this was the case it's several attempted "deals" that were taking place around me in the cubicles. The salesperson plays the good guy then they brings in management to play the part of the bad guy. I cannot speak for others, but I am much too old to play these kind of childish games. Management specifically was fairly condescending, very short and rude, and also quite abrupt. I have dealt with many local dealers over the years and truly feel this one can use an updated corse in pleasant customer service. More
