HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ~ DISHONEST I Went in with cash to buy a 2014 Camaro and they told me that if I didn't buy thru their financing plan it was going to cost over $5000 more! Their I Went in with cash to buy a 2014 Camaro and they told me that if I didn't buy thru their financing plan it was going to cost over $5000 more! Their explanation was.... the price that I was quoted was an internet price that included a $3,000 GM rebate and special financing . Also, the CASH price IS NOW the MSRP.... But, when I asked them to show me on the internet listing they - of course - couldn't find it . (WHO THE HECK PAYS MSRP FOR A CAR) There was A lot of back peddling with the H&H general manager . OK, SO I'LL PAY THE LOAN OFF WITHIN 10 DAYS! He said that I'd have to wait at least a 120 days and there would be a $107 a month due each month for interest + fees ( their interest rate is 5% ) Really,,,,,when was cash declared unacceptable as a form of payment? I'm not an inexperienced shopper and definitely not an inexperienced car buyer. SO I WENT TO GREG YOUNG CHEVY AND GOT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAMARO FOR $ 5500 LESS WITH WAYYYYYYY MORE EXTRAS !!!!!!! FULLY LOADED !!!!! I described the incident to the general manager of Greg young Chevy, and he told me that GM would never allow such a thing to happen, obviously when you obtain a loan through General Motors you can pay it off early . Greg Young was also offering zero down and zero interest with $1,500 in cash incentives ( the cash was not calculated into my savings ) so I actually paid $8500 less @ Greg Young Chevy. I WILL NEVER GO TO H&H AGAIN. More

Best experience we've ever had My husband and I were in about 3 weeks ago shopping for a used car. Right off the bat John impressed us. He was so nice and so approachable. We had been to several different lots looking for the right car for us and with the other places we had looked we felt very pressured and almost irritated. We got the impression we were just another sales slip. No one tried to make any sort of personal connection with us until we got to H&H. We were looking to buy that weekend, due to being in an accident and down to one vehicle we had to find something. John made that happen for us. He didn't pressure us into making a decision. He answered all of the questions we had and didn't make us feel stupid. He related to us and even asked questions about our family life. That was the connection we had been looking for. We are so happy we made the decision to come to H&H and we are so happy John was the salesman that greeted us. When it comes time for my husband to purchase a new truck, we will without a doubt be calling John ! More

Service Sells Corvettes I bought my Corvette from H&H because of Terry Murkins. I live a mile from a Chevrolet dealer in Colorado, but they do not have a Corvette specialist I bought my Corvette from H&H because of Terry Murkins. I live a mile from a Chevrolet dealer in Colorado, but they do not have a Corvette specialist and do not give any special attention to Corvette sales. Buying a Corvette is a major purchase with a lot of variables to be considered. Terry goes over and above expectations by communicating throughout the process. Most of the transaction was on the phone and via email. I always felt confident that Terry was liking out for my best interest as well as H&H. When I came in from Bowling Green after the museum delivery Matt Sleddens and the service staff as well as the body shop staff were ready to take care of finishing the customer order experience. Do to constraints we had to order some accessory parts after market so we could get the car produced. Terry kept me posted on all constraints and Worked with me to get the experience of owning a Corvette. What a week it has been. I cannot say enough how well I have been treated from the Nationsl Corvette Museum to the Chevrolet factory to the National Corvette Museum Road Course to H&H Chevrolet. It is not your father's experience! More
