Sales representative, Yaovi, did a great job in helping me obtain my 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ 6.2L. Management on the other hand, was poor. I ultimately leased the Silverado and started with a request to do so. I stated where I wanted to be for a monthly payment ($675.00 - $700.00) and had a vehicle to trade with value towards the lease of the Silverado. Management started with numbers exceeding $1450.00 per month, then provided a monthly payment exceeding $950.00 per month, then offered a payment of $850.00 per month and finally we ended at $725.00 per month. A tremendous amount of unnecessary back and forth to get close to the monthly range I originally requested. The whole transaction took over 4 hours when it should've taken no more than 2 hours. I've had way better experiences with Woodhouse in the past, but this time around Woodhouse didn't have the inventory of vehicle I was looking for. Thank you. More
DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM H&H. This is the third vehicle that I have had problems with. Missing all headphones for the rear entertainment system, the alignment was completely off at the first oil change. 2nd suburban (bought brand new) - After being asked to clean it before purchasing - never did. Carpet filthy and full of fuzz and string had to clean it ourselves. Then they didn't connect the battery fully when transferred from the train. Car didn't start in negative temperatures after 1 week of driving it. Got in an accident in which the suburban was fully totaled and not one air bag went off in the vehicle. 3rd suburban - bought brand new again!!! Spoiler leaking when it rains and drenched the entire backend. Got a new spoiler and they painted it the wrong color. Went to fix that and they didn't connect it right so the next time rain came the back was completely drenched again. This place is a complete JOKE. No quality control what-so-ever More
My Service guy Brian was fantastic! ! clanged my key fob battery for me and showed me an easy way to open it to change my secondary. The service on my vehicle was impeccable! and they washed my Lil Saint trailblazer and she was shining like a new diamond. I will always service my chevy vehicles here! I absolutely love the smiles and happiness going on as you walk in the door, that new service bay, WOW!! I'll be back!! More

The reason for my service visit was taken care of in the time frame I was give. I picked up my car and drove straight home and was surprised to find out the collision sensers on the front of the car were n time frame I was give. I picked up my car and drove straight home and was surprised to find out the collision sensers on the front of the car were not functional, I usually use the sensors to show me how close the car is to the back wall of the garage but there was no indication that I was getting very close to the wall. I back out and took another run into the garage and no sensor feedback. Called H&H for an appointment to get the problem fixed, and the first available was 3 days later. 2 days later the sensors began to work and have continued to function tonight. Nobody from the service department contacted me to date which does surprise me some. More
