I have bought many cars, but this was my most pleasant experience with a car dealership. Mike Morris was very curtious and respectful of my time and interests. They had very bad service. I took my truck back to them three times for and abs light issue and they did not find or try to find out why my abs light stayed on. They wanted to charge me $2000.00 for gener three times for and abs light issue and they did not find or try to find out why my abs light stayed on. They wanted to charge me $2000.00 for general maintenance such as spark plugs and air filters. I took my truck to another dealership in Decatur, GA and not only did they find out what was wrong but thet also provided me with a rental. I only had to pay a $50 deductible for the warranty. More
Be careful. Do not take your car to service in Gwinnett Place Nissan, they will try to rip you off. They will give you a false list of items that need to be repaired. Very dishonest and unprofessional pe Place Nissan, they will try to rip you off. They will give you a false list of items that need to be repaired. Very dishonest and unprofessional people that ethic is the last thing in their menu. I took my car to Gwinnett Place Nissan (GPN) for an oil change. After an hour or so a service man approached me with papers contains list of items (over 20 items) he said need to be fixed or replaced for the amount of $4050 . I was astonished since none of the items in the list need to be repaired or replaced. Interesting enough, I took my car a month before this service to other Nissan mechanic that indicated that the car is in a perfect condition. Some of the items in the list which according to GPN need to be replaced like exhaust system, drive belts, spark plugs, spark plug wires, coolant, transmission oil etc were all new. Basically, Gwinnett Place Nissan was trying to rip me off. They also tried to sabotage the car by leaving the oil seal open. When I spoke with the service person about it, he said that they did not perform any test or inspection but just follow the manufacture recommendation to what need to be replaced and repair when a car reaches to certain miles. From my experience I concluded that GPN acts like street crooks; they mislead their clients in order to make a quick profit. Also they are very rude. More
The sales staff is helpful, but the finance department is absolutely horrible. Basil was kind and pleasant in the dealership, but when we left for some reason he refused to send our paperwork to the bank th absolutely horrible. Basil was kind and pleasant in the dealership, but when we left for some reason he refused to send our paperwork to the bank that had approved us for a loan. The issue is still not resolved. No one answers their phone and it takes days to get a call back. Really poor service and more trouble than it is worth. Pay a little more and go somewhere that wants your business. More
this dealership is reverting back to a bad dealership. got an equote on a sentra from Michael Reed, no mention of rebates listed in the email...went to get the car...guess what...car was sent to another d got an equote on a sentra from Michael Reed, no mention of rebates listed in the email...went to get the car...guess what...car was sent to another dealer?? And no longer on the lot...?!? I guess the left hand doesn't quite know what the right hand is doing.... My wife successfully haggled the price more ( including a dealership loyalty discount)..still no mention of rebates. GPN wanted us to fill out the paperwork while they "searched" for another sentra. Asked about the financing..we were shocked when we found out the equote was off the table if we wanted the financing specials... Michael Reed stated that he had mentioned the rebates during a conversation with my wife.....He must've been talking to himself. No mention of rebates took place..Mike is mistating a truth...(it's called lying) We've purchased 2 new vehicles in the last 10 months from here. Why the shoddy service now??? There a many nissan dealerships around atlanta...we will be shopping elsewhere. Thanks Michael More
I called the dealer before I went and I very clearly told Quincey Jones (salesperson) that I wanted a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe. That is the only car we talked about. I sent 4 hours at this dealership and wor Quincey Jones (salesperson) that I wanted a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe. That is the only car we talked about. I sent 4 hours at this dealership and worked out disqusted and without a car. I went in pre-approved with my loan, all I was suppose to do is was fill out any additional paper work, give them my down payment and pick out my car. Mr. Jones knew the type of car loan that I had before I drove to the dealership, he told me that the dealership accepted those type of loans. He knew the amount of the loan and the cash down payment I had. After sitting around waiting for him to come from the back room that he kept disappearing to he told me that I needed to put more money down in order to get the car I wanted. Then he tried to sale me a used vehicle for $15,000.00. Mind you he was going to take entire amount of my pre-approved loan for that used car. He said I would have to give them $12,000.00 in cash plus my pre-approved loan of $21,780.00 for the Altima I wanted. The Altima I wanted had and Zag pricing of $23,000.00. I told him he was crazy! I left his dealership and I went to a Mitsbushi dealer and brought a brand new Eclipse 2011 with no hassle and no headaches, and no $12,000.00 down. These people will try to steal your money and waste your time. Stay away. More
I cannot say enough fantastic things about my experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan. My husband and I live in Cumming and really wanted to stay close to home to shop for our purchase. We were looking for a N at Gwinnett Place Nissan. My husband and I live in Cumming and really wanted to stay close to home to shop for our purchase. We were looking for a Nissan Murano. We started at Regal Nissan off Holcomb Bridge and had a HORRIBLE experience with there! I started shopping online and that's where I first had contact with Mike - I told him just what I was looking for - a Nissan Murano SL gentley used with a tan leather interior. He was not pushy at all - and told me that he would let me know if he found something....he contacted me 5 days later to let me know that a Murano had just come in and he thought I would be interested. He was again, not pushy. 3 days later I went out for the test drive and told him prior that it was just to look and we probably wouldn't be going home with it. There were a couple of things in the interior I wanted fixed and the price needed to come down - Mike was very straight with us and told us what he thought the dealer would do - honesty... is something you do not get often in a car salesman...especially the lack of pushiness. Needless to say - Mike did all he could do to make the deal and we left with the car that night. We are going back next week to get the parts exchanged inside...I could not be happier. I couldn't begin to explain how many dealerships we looked at before going to Gwinnett Place Nissan - at least 20 - but, in the future, it will be the first place we stop! If you go in, ask for Mike Morris...I promise you will not be disappointed! More
MIke Morris did a great job for me. I was interested in a car model that he did not happen to have in stock. However, he did not try to push something pon mr that they already had. He listened to what I a car model that he did not happen to have in stock. However, he did not try to push something pon mr that they already had. He listened to what I wanted. We came to agreement on pricing by phone and e-mail. He actually drove across state lines to pick up the car that I wanted. Friendly and honest guy. No surprises when we closed the deal. Also, brought the car in for some rattling around the sunroof a couple of weeks later. They fixed it perfect. Would recommend this dealership, Mike Morris for sales, and good experience with service so far. More
