This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place Nissan and from Mike Morris. I returned to this dealership because of the great service I had when I purchased my first Nissan in 2008. They made both pur and from Mike Morris. I returned to this dealership because of the great service I had when I purchased my first Nissan in 2008. They made both purchases very easy for me and I will recommend the dealership to friends. I will also be a return customer for my next future purchase. More
Our old Honda really need to be replaced because it has problem here and there. So, we went to Gwinnett Place Nissan in that my wife always wanted to buy a Nissan Altima. One of the sales representative co problem here and there. So, we went to Gwinnett Place Nissan in that my wife always wanted to buy a Nissan Altima. One of the sales representative come out and greeted us when we were looking in the lot. Then he introduced us some of the features and price related information. Since we asked about financing(we told him our current working info), he explained and said "I can assure you that you will get a very low APR". So after a test drive, we decided to buy this Altima 2.5. We went in to fill out some paper work, while they're pulling our credit score, my wife went out to pick a phone call. (I have to mention a piece of blank paper, he used it as scratch to put down different financing options to explain) During the time my wife was out, his manager came and ask him out, a couple of minutes later he came back and ask me to sign my name on the very piece of paper I mentioned. But this time, buried inside of the scratches, I can see clearly there are something new: "I will buy the Nissan Altima 2011 2.5". He keep asking me to sign and I finally didn't. When my wife came back, his manager said is out, and he congratulate us because we have excellent credit score and we can have low APR. Next step is to go their financing department. That finance guy seems know what he's doing and the bad thing about him is he kept so hard selling us extended warranty(which we finally paid for it and later cancelled about a month later). I have to say we come from another country and didn't know too much about the credit system in the U.S. The finance guy told us although we have excellent credit score, however, the credit amount is not that good. So we can't enjoy a very low APR, the best we can have is 5.9%, which is not "low" according to him. I think here, the manager and the sales representative are associating "excellent credit score" with "low APR" and made us confused(I don't know if they did that on purpose). Anyway, we finally purchased the car and they said the radio will be installed in a couple of days. Then four days later, the sales guy told us the radio is ready. But when we get in there, he said the radio was sold by someone else. He apologized and promised us he will get it installed on the following Saturday. However, when we came in on Saturday, we directly went to the service department, they said there is no such order of a new radio and asked us to wait in the lobby. After a while, a customer manager came out and told us it is not available and asked us to come back a later time. We argued with her about our situation, and I was very angry about what happened. I went to the sales guy's cubicle and ask him to follow me, he was very surprised when he heard what happened.(he face made me to feel that it seems to me like:oh, i forgot to put in the order) He didn't say anything for now, didn't apologize or anything. Instead he went to the service department with the customer manager TOGETHER. Five minutes later, the customer manager came back alone, but I saw that guy going back in from another door very sneakily. I was so mad at him and yield his name and wave him to come to us, when I yield him name, I can see he paused and made a quick shivering. He must had done something wrong to make himself feel guilty. He then apologized and explained to us what happened.I know it is the customer manager's job to explain to us what has happened. However as a sales representative from whom customer buy their cars, I think at least he should come to us by his own, and not trying to avoid us sneakily. They decided to take a radio out from another car and put in ours, which we agreed. However, when the work has finished, we find out the indicator on the air-bag and passenger seat wouldn't go off. We had no choice but leave the car in the dealership overnight. Finally they got everything repaired, it was the engineer forgot to put the cable back when he installed our radio. It is worth mentioning their customer manager Brandon who is a very nice lady. She was always carefully listening to our complains, and make her effort to try to make us feel better. She is the most efficient and qualified personnel I seen in this dealership. The only thing good we can rate about this dealership is about her work. That's the very car buying experience I had with Gwinnett Place Nissan. I'm not saying how bad this dealership is, but as a reference, new customers should be very careful with this dealership. Beware of what they promised and don't sign anything unless you examine them very carefully! More

Mike is serious but will joke with you to make the car buyin Morris at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Mike is a great salesman with terrific people skills. Mike is serious but will joke with you to make the car buying experience more bearable. I requested a quote online from GPN and Mike responded to me immediately. I did not call him back but decided to visit the local Nissan dealership near my house later that day. What a big mistake and waste of time!!! The following morning, Mike called and wanted me to come to GPN. I was direct with Mike and told him not to waste my time if we cannot make a deal. Fast forward, the deal was made and I walked away a happy customer with a brand new Maxima with 11 miles on it. If you don't like the b.s. and want to deal with a straight forward person, Mike is the guy for you. More
I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. I was satisfied with the friendliness and attentiveness of the car salesman (Mike)and the finance rep (George), these gentlemen were GREAT!!! The exp I was satisfied with the friendliness and attentiveness of the car salesman (Mike)and the finance rep (George), these gentlemen were GREAT!!! The experience was pleasant up to the point of establishing the vehicle sale price and determining how the vehicle would be financed. I came into the location knowing my credit rating for potential internal financing and I had in my possession a check from another lender in hand. It was my hope that my preparation would eliminate the length of time in which it would take to seal the deal. To my surprise, arriving at the dealership, testing driving the vehicle of my choice, and “sealing the deal” required 5 ½ hours. The 1st 45 minutes was spent locating a vehicle and the remaining time was spent on the “HAGGLE”. I was literally in my old vehicle about to drive off of the lot when one of the few “negotiators” came out to the parking lot to speak a language that I could understand. 5 ½ hours translated into not only can you have this vehicle with nothing down, your payments won’t be the originally quoted $200 more than you have budgeted but it will be where you need them to be and your credit is good enough that you qualify for Nissan’s 1.9% interest rate. Now is that any way to treat a “qualified” customer? I’ll let you answer that question. It was infuriating to know that I could have been in and out, but not only did the dealership close while I was there, I ended up leaving 2+ hours after they closed (The cleaning crew had come in for crying out loud). I passed 2 Nissan dealerships and drove over 35 minutes to this location in particular because of the large selection of vehicles, but if I have to choose between a large variety and customer service, I’ll choose a smaller dealership with better service any day. Needless to say, despite the salesman’s service, I will NOT purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will NOT recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle from this dealership since the only thing I would be able to guarantee them is a pleasant sales rep and a cold bottle water. My vehicle on the other hand rides great, I am happy with my choice and I will recommend the brand to others. I am enjoying every minute of the new car smell. More

Thank you for all your professionalism, the teamwork and unity really shows. You make my son and I feel like friends and family. "By the way Christian Egizio, thank you for helping Doug getting prepared for his road test, you really went the extra mile with all the help and support with my son, Doug now has his license. You are awesome!" I work for AT&T and we deal with customer service quite a bit. Our salesman Chris Nguyen spent hours with my son over the past week looking at ways to try to make a deal happen; this type of service is extraordinary! Douglas is very pleased with the Nissan Sentra this is his first car and his mom is happy with the treatment received and the price paid. Please encourage your staff to treat all of your customers the way that my son and I were treated! Chris Nguyen is very cordial, honest, humanistic and authentic. He is just a great individual and I want to say that I typically don't take the time to write these kinds of things however, I think when someone is really exceptional you should really let them know how wonderful they are. "Thank you for employing a great Sales man. I expect to see Chris Nguyen in high places someday...…He’s a great asset to your company. I look forward working with you in the future". You can be assured that my son and I will continuo referring our friends and associates to you when they need an automobile. Again thank you for all your help. I love Nissan this is the fourth vehicle I bought from Gwinnett Place Nissan and the second purchase in just a week with Chirs Nguyen, I think you guys make things so easy and the service work is great. We were extremely happy with Gwinnet Place Nissan and our salesman, Mr. Noe Ponce. Mr. Ponce is an exceptional salesman; he is professional and very knowlegeable about the cars that he is selling. We never salesman, Mr. Noe Ponce. Mr. Ponce is an exceptional salesman; he is professional and very knowlegeable about the cars that he is selling. We never felt rushed; he spent time getting to know us and our car needs. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the process. Before I test drove the Altima, Noe gave us a thorough presentation of the car and its features. I love my new car, and I feel that we negoitated a fair price. Noe was genuinely nice and funny too; it was a a very good car buying experience! The business manager, Mr. George Figueroa, was also a pleasure to work with us. He helped us with the financing; he was very friendly and made the process easy. Great customer relations!! They made us feel special. We will recommend Noe and the dealership to everyone we know! I knew what I wanted when I drove from S. C. to purchase. I just wasn't so sure how to get it for what I was willing to pay. I think both the dealership staff and I felt like we made a fair deal. Most imp I just wasn't so sure how to get it for what I was willing to pay. I think both the dealership staff and I felt like we made a fair deal. Most importantly, Mike Morris, my sales person, was outstanding. He went way beyond the call of duty to meet my desires in a Maxima. Not only that, he provided me with a loaner car while my new Maxima was being "updated." AND he located my remote control that I left in the loaner. He shipped it to me the following day - all with the sound of happiness in his voice. He is driven and caring, customer-focused and a "man of his word." Moreover, the staff kept my trade-in carefully parked in order to protect the live biddies I had with me! I was going to throw in a chick with the trade-in to help lower the cost but no one seemed to REALLY want one. Oh well. Gwinnett Place Nissan is THE dealership to "deal" with! Ask for MIKE! More

Nissan is a good car but this dealerships customer service is terrible. First the salesman asked me if I had financing and with what bank. I told him the name of my Credit Union and he said we work service is terrible. First the salesman asked me if I had financing and with what bank. I told him the name of my Credit Union and he said we work with them all the time, hundreds of loans. The finance manager later had never heard of my Bank. LIES! The finance people kept us waiting for over an hour and then once in their office to sign the papers they tried to add all kinds of extras to the bottom line including a service plan which they said would only add $20 a month to the payment. I told him lets get to the bottom line I will look at the options later but he insisted in describing in detail all the ad-ons I had already said I didn't want. LIES AGAIN! It added over $1500 to the price of the vehicle! It took me getting verbally angry to get to the bottom line and sign the papers. I had to actually say, "The price you originally quoted me is what I want to pay or I'm out of here." Over all customer service sucks! Typical sleezy car dealers trying to rip you off for every extra dime they can get! More
