I was searching for a car for almost a month and unfortunately I had horrible experience from some small time dealers and personal car through craiglist.I had heard about this dealer through one of unfortunately I had horrible experience from some small time dealers and personal car through craiglist.I had heard about this dealer through one of my friend and specially about their service.SO i visited casually to just understand what it is.Honestly my trust level was low on dealers because of my past experience.When I saw,my first impression was "WOW"..It was huge and then I met Micheal Green..He was really great & approchable.,,He helped us & most importantly understood our needs and accordingly showed us the vehicle which were in our budjet.A test drive and I cant believe I wsa ready to buy the vehicle.Most importantly the confidence level was increased with help of Michael..He gave us a comfort level and assured us that he personally would ensure that there wont be any service related problems in the car.And finally not only he was a great sales guy,but personally he helped us to negotiate on the price and helped us to purchase our first car dream in to a relaity..I would always recommend anybody who is intrested in purchasing a used car to visit this dealer and they would certainly help you to make best of each and every penny you spent. Micheal answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and concisely as we went along. The finance department also took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. I decided to go to Gwinnett Place Nissan after Rick Case only because my mother-law insisted we go and I am glad we did. Everyone From Michael Green to the guys that washed my car before I rode off the lot in my new 2012 Nissan Altima were awesome!!!!!! I brought my car for a service special offered in a mailer offering front brake service for $169.99, ut ended up paying $269.99 because of I needed new brake fluid.
