Art Marbury went beyond "over and above" his obvious practice of serving his customer when we recently purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. My wife and I could not be more pleased with t obvious practice of serving his customer when we recently purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the manner in which Mr. Marbury, and others we inter-acted with, took us through the buying process. In our opinion, he is to be acknowledged for his patience, thoughtfulness, and professionalism! The three other employees we encountered were Levi, Stan, and William (do not know their last names). Our hats are off to this wonderful dealership and it's great staff. Last but not least, is Judy, their phone operator/greeter. More
I just love Gwinnett Place Nissan, Renee was great (the best, really) as well as the Finance person Lewis Carr. I traded in my vehicle for a brand new one and can honestly say i've never had service as go best, really) as well as the Finance person Lewis Carr. I traded in my vehicle for a brand new one and can honestly say i've never had service as good as with Gwinnett Place Nissan. Renee who I can't say enough about, took a real interest in my needs and i didn't feel like I was just a dollar sign for her but that she was genuine in her desire to put me in the right vehicle at the right price. I've been visiting the dealership for 3 years and Renee was patient and truly advised me on the best way to handle my trade in, and when the time was right she made it happen. Mr Lewis Carr so professional truly tried to give me best deal he could. The best thing as that Lewis had clear communication and a great attitude. Lewis was knowledgable and able to address all of my questions and concerns. Renee & Lewis are a great representation of what professionalism and true service are all about. Thank for helping me have such a WOW experience thanks a million. More

We found him knowled years ago thru Gwinnett Nissan. Art Marbury was the first person we met. His friendlyness was immediate and very easy going. We found him knowledgeable from the start. He was very proficient at zeroing in on our auto needs. My wife has Leased four Maximas over the years and bought one new Atlima this year. I bought my Maxima this week-end. It was because Art's personallity and attention to us as friends, rather that clients, that my wife and I refer our friends to Gwinnett Nissan and their rep - Art Marbury. Top notch folks. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. We went to look the previous weekend, explained that we were looking around, and that we were going to check all of th professionalism at all times. We went to look the previous weekend, explained that we were looking around, and that we were going to check all of the manufacturers and dealers for our new minivan. we decided after about 4 days, and called Levi to make an appointment. Levy was great, as were Keith, Karen, and all of the folks. No pressure, willing to deal, I will definitely go back. The Nissan Quest van is terrific, we love it!!! More
I went to test drive a 2010 pre-certified Rogue and trade in a 2006 Sentra. During the test drive I told my salesman, Michael Green that the smell was unacceptable. It smells like pepper spray or mace. He as in a 2006 Sentra. During the test drive I told my salesman, Michael Green that the smell was unacceptable. It smells like pepper spray or mace. He assured me it would be taken care of. At 10:15 pm I finally get to see the car I just bought, after it was "cleaned up and taken care of" and all paperwork has been completed. The smell is still there and I tell Michael this is still unacceptable. His remark to me was to use fabreeze. I stated that is not an acceptable answer and due to the time of night, I would be back to address it. I take the car back two days later to leave it for the issue to be taken care of. The detail person only works 2 days a week and Saturday is not one of those days. I request a loaner car and was denied because it is a Saturday. The service manager gets involved and agreed to help bail out the sales team by offering me a loaner car on Monday after work. They keep the car for 48hrs, change the cabin filter and deodorize the car. It still smells. The service representative calls me to see what I think. I tell him the issue has not been resolved. He tells me he will check with his manager to see what else they can do. Its been 10 days and I still have not heard from them. The ceiling and front seats need to be replaced as I believe the scent is in the fabric. Shame on me for being too tired to deal with the issue and cancel the sale that night. I have tried steam cleaning, vinegar, fabric conditioner sheets, and it still smells. I believe this sale is unethical and goes against what I know the Nissan brand is trying to represent. More
This is a update to my last review of this dealership. I wrote how the loan person had messed up my loan paperwork by not giving me the things I asked for and putting things on the loan that I did not ask f wrote how the loan person had messed up my loan paperwork by not giving me the things I asked for and putting things on the loan that I did not ask for plus the door lock issue that came with the used vehicle I purchased. The General Manager Lee Crumpton contacted me and I went in and spoke to him as well as his Service Manager Paul Samuelson. After going over my loan paperwork and explaining what transpired during my vehicle purchase, Mr. Crumpton was more than happy to help fix the issues I experienced. The Service Manager Paul Samuelson was very nice and went out of his way to correct the lock problem with the vehicle as well as some other work I had asked them to do. Mr. Crumpton fixed the issues I had with my loan and was able to give me the correct warrantee. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. I would recommend Gwinnett Place Nissan to any one looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They are very customer service oriented. This is a very pleasant environment as I noticed most of the employees at Gwinnett Place Nissan are friendly and wear a smile on their face as I was sitting waiting to pick up my vehicle. You will be pleased after your visit at Gwinnett Place Nissan and if you did have a problem, the General Manager Lee Crumpton, is very gracious with his willingness to correct any issues. More
