We Was deceived about condition of vehicle and after coming to an agreement over the phone regarding price, the price went up after going in to buy. We then had many mechanical issues with it following purchase. After many complaints, the GM finally came to a resolution with us. Overall, we would not recommend buying here. More

I can't say the same for everyone else that I worked with. I really didn't want to use names, but, this format will not allow it. I bought a used 2009 Nissan Maxima from the dealership in early December 2012. First of all, the total time spent that day at the dealership was over 7 hours. The test drive and haggling over price/trade-in/apr only took maybe 2 hours. I signed all the paperwork accepting the extended warranty and paint protection...rookie mistake. Well they needed to fill the tank with gas, so to save on time, I drove the maxima to the gas station following the sales lady in my trade-in. As she was filling up the car, I did one last walk around the car to make sure everything look ok. Well it wasn't. I noticed that the driver's side front corner of the bumper was not seated properly. In other words, the whole corner was sticking out from the rest of the body, completely unsecured. I pointed it out to her and we proceeded back to the dealership. The manager came out and looked at it. He actually asked me if I had hit something! Ok, I can understand, it could happen, but it didn't. They took it back into the maintenance bay, and 30 minutes later I was on my way home. Well about a week and a half later, it came loose AGAIN. Called the dealership and told them about the problem and that I would be there the next day. Now the dealership is on the north side of Atlanta, and I live on the south. 57 miles to be exact. So I take the car up there. They fix the bumper and I am on my way again. I get home, and guess what...bumper is hanging out again. So this time I email the manager and sales person. At this point I am very angry. $22,000 car, and they can't secure a bumper. They offer to send it to the body shop, give me a rental, and reimburse me for the gas I had used. When I got my car back, yes the bumper was finally fixed. Did they reimburse me for gas or even fill the tank...NO. Completely xxxx poor service and customer care. I went in today to cancel the extended warranty and paint care. Was told a particular person would be with me in a "couple minutes". What does a "couple minutes" mean to you? Technically it means 1-2 right? I can accept 5-10. After 30 minutes I found the person that originally helped me as I walked in, I asked who I was waiting to see and if he would ask how long I can expect to wait. 30 minutes later, still hadn't been given an answer or even seen the guy again. For all I know, he disappeared all together, never to be seen again. Also, toward the end of this mess, I asked if they could give me an owner's manual for the car, seeing as it did not come with one. I was told they could order me one for $30. REALLY, AFTER ALL THE CRAP I HAD TO PUT UP WITH, YOU COULDN'T JUST GIVE ME ONE??? So after my ranting, NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Just read the other post. Clearly there is something wrong with this place. So, I have made it my personal duty to inform all consumers in the Atlanta area. Whatever avenue I have to use, I will. More

Seems to be an excellent culture at this Nissan and it shows in how well they treat their customers. I was dreading car shopping but was pleasantly surprised to be dealing with an extremely knowledgeable shows in how well they treat their customers. I was dreading car shopping but was pleasantly surprised to be dealing with an extremely knowledgeable associate, Nita. She was very open, honest and able to answer are seemingly endless questions on two different vehicles on the lot. And she was quite patient, which is also a plus. My only complaint is that it took nearly six hours from arriving to complete the sales process. But I do love my new Nissan so it was well worth the wait. More
