All of them will not face you, and will not take responsibility for how unprofessional their sales personal is. People before purchasing from this dealership read the reviews, as you can see everyone have similar experiences in this dealership. I will not purchase from this place never again. My salesperson Teko Houston is the best salesperson ever, he tends to your every need and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. It's truly a pleasure purchasing from Gwinnett Place Nissan once you've purchased from them you won't want to go anywhere else. Wanted to thank the Service Dept and I can't forget to mention my Finance guy Craig he was awesome. There's no place like Gwinnett Place Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Nissan to head straight over there. More

In last few years this place has dipped down completely in customer service. In recent years we have owned 2 different models of Nissan but none was purchased from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I guess the word "Customer Service" doesn't exist in their dictionary anymore. So finally ended up going to a different dealership again to buy our latest 370Z ( which is awesome by the way). More

BAD thing is when nissan sale the part to you they never mention that your not able to get your money back . Had part less than 24hours they wouldn't refund my 334 dollars horrible but auto zone or advanced auto will highway robbery . Not only is this my first bad experience my second the same parts guy was rude the last time and didn't even care to help me period thank God that first time I didn't purchase with them. There the wrost and ill make sure that this never happens to any women or body again the parts guys is just the wrost and management will side with his team talking about package is open but no damage purchased less than 24hours ago and sure u can sale that part just as you let me purchase it . Another reason to never purchase from them is if you pay cash and come next day your not able to get cash back it has to go on a debit or some card when you paid cash dollars green. That shouldn't be period my funds should be refunded to me just as I gave it PERIOD .. More

Waste of time!! Playing games , high prices So we had gone to the Nissan dealership on Thursday just to take a look at the cars. we were more interested In 2016 Rogue but they basically falsely So we had gone to the Nissan dealership on Thursday just to take a look at the cars. we were more interested In 2016 Rogue but they basically falsely advertised a good deal to get us Intrested in a new 2017 model, which they claimed with the did the discounts would be a sick deal, reasonably close to the used car but they didn't have the color we wanted in the lot. So we told him we'll come back when you guys have it in the lot. They called us and told us all we can get you any car and it'll be the same price whether we have it in the lot or not then we went and made an appointment for Monday and I went after a long day at work and won't be home they were almost holding us the sticker price would like a 1500 discount wish they were saying was amazing whereas their competitors online had the car five $6,000 cheaper without even having to bargain. WILL NEVER go back again or recommend it to anyone. More

After 3 days of calls and leaving 3 messages a day for various people got one call back from someone who I hadn't called. Then 3 trips later I get my car back I left as I couldn't drive 2 cars at once. That's after I told the salesman that I didn't want to drive off the lot with out being approved. That was not heard. Took the car back to the lot on Monday night as I told finance I would suddenly my key to my car was not avail and finance officer wasn't in that called me. So drove car for 2 more days then returned it key was in the salesman's desk where I told her to put it. Although she lied to me the first time I tried to bring the car back. 2 weeks later and still broken promises. I since then went to another dealership and got a BRAND NEW car with the payments I want and a BETTER car. Will NEVER walk into Gwinnett Place Nissan. They have lost My business for life. Now, I understand why I was skeptical to begin with. Stay away from this place if you want to get a new car. More
Worst experience ever. Worst experience I have ever had, I went through the whole purchase process only to have them take the car back. I have a 660 credit score and my husband has a six figure income. I had to fight to get them to give me my down payment back and the keys to my trade in. .....DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.... they pulled my credit 25 times = 25 inquiries making it so I could not get approved any where else. (do to the banks thinking I'm trying to buy more than one car or that I'm trying to commit fraud) I hope this helps someone to not buy a Nissan vehicle. Go to a Honda or a Toyota dealer. Nissan has no governance over they're many dealership which means terrible customer service and them treating people like garbage. Oh and one more added bonus my lawyer is looking into the fact that someone from the dealership had forged a signature on some paperwork so they could deliver the vehicle. I will be contacting the correct authorities and all of the credit bureaus to make sure this dealer is penalized to the fullest extent. This dealer has committed a form of fraud and should be held accountable which I intend to do. Please again beware of this dealer. More

The salesman was great (Brandon Calvin) but the rest was all down hill. They paid off my trade in late to the bank it took them over 30 days to pay it off which messed up mine and my husband credit and yes they gave us a letter to mail to the bank to admit fault to fix it, but that was a headache trying to fix all that with the credit bureaus and fix our scores and we was moving into a house to rent so I had to explain to a new landlord why our scores especially mine was so low. just crazy. It dropped it down to 5 something and after it was fixed it went back up to 7 something. Then I had paid for the device on the car where it locates the car if its stolen and no one ever contacted me about that I finally called them and found out I had to bring the car in to get that activated. My car has not let me know I need to go for a oil change yet so I'm gonna call today to set that up because my last lease with them the dash would show when it was due but I'm telling you never again. now I see why they have so many bad reviews on there website. My sons had went there and had a bad experience but I said oh well I had a good experience with them back in 2013 so I'm gonna go back, wow what a mistake I made in that decision. I'm not keeping this car 3 years it will be traded in before that day. I love Nissan vehicles but I will not buy from this location ever again. I see why they have such big turn over now. This is so sad because I always felt this was a good place even over looked what happen to my sons when they went here before me for a car n I was with my youngest son to see he was messed over and still took my dumb self back. They said told you mom. The general manager or no one ever called to apologize or nothing.
