My past purchase was apparently under different management was was not so good. This time, AMAZING, First, I was greeted but not harassed or hovered over by a sales man. I like my space but like them available as well and he was. Secondly, despite the fact I was being helped by someone else, everyone greeted me and was extremely pleasant. (Must be a great place to work as well. Third, The whole process once I decided what I wanted, was quicker than I had experienced in my many years of car purchasing. Amazing experience, what a huge difference. More

Bad experience Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of servi Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of service advisors and all of them said they were busy.Waited 5 minutes when one of them said they would stop and help me, all he did was have me fill a form with my name in address and took my recall notice. Said it would be about an hour. At 1:00 I saw my truck entering garage, don't know if work was about to start or my truck was taken somewhere to be washed. At 1:45 they pulled my truck into the out processing bay. Watched Lot attendant took my key and put them on any empty desk. I stopped and said I wanted to check out and he said I would have to get my advisor to do that. None of the other advisors knew where he was. After a couple minutes one of them checked me out. Got in my truck and service order still hanging on mirror with a bottle of water in cup holder. 3 hours 15 minutes More

I should have smelled their cheap marketing trick. I called up again before the visit to the dealer and Akkea confirmed that deal is still available. I had to go through a 3 hour ordeal and the sales exec Martin Rand III asked "what deal?" "who told?", and mentioned it is just marketing. Finally came out without buying and never going to go back this dealership More

Baited me with a price, made me go all the way kept me waiting for 3 hours on each occassion only to switch the price when it came to signing the papers. Will not go back. I should have read these reviews. They're 100% true, if you are hoping for your experience to be different, ure mistaken. Nice cars, go to another dealership - stone mountain Nissan isn't too far. All of them will not face you, and will not take responsibility for how unprofessional their sales personal is. People before purchasing from this dealership read the reviews, as you can see everyone have similar experiences in this dealership. I will not purchase from this place never again. My salesperson Teko Houston is the best salesperson ever, he tends to your every need and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. It's truly a pleasure purchasing from Gwinnett Place Nissan once you've purchased from them you won't want to go anywhere else. Wanted to thank the Service Dept and I can't forget to mention my Finance guy Craig he was awesome. There's no place like Gwinnett Place Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Nissan to head straight over there. More
