This place and staff is a joke I visited this dealership to look at a vehicle. I test drove the car and it was ok. I think it was over priced for the year and mileage. I told them that they were under pricing my car and to bring me my keys. They then proceeded to go into the secure area and make fun of my lack of car buying skills. I received my keys and will never visit this dealership ever again. I wouldn’t have gave them one star if I didn’t have to. Felt like the ghetto. This experience felt very insulting. More

I am college student looking for a car, I've worked with GPN for about 2 months in search of a car that's reliable and within my budget. Despite the reviews on Google (ones from actual customers, not from employees writing as customers) I gave GPN a try, my BIGGEST mistake. Yesterday, I spent my holiday being conned and taken advantage of by both Sales Rep, J.P Stevens and Financial Advisor, Marco Harris. We'd discussed 'out the door' pricing for my vehicle, which included dealer taxes, titles, and fees. I thought I had a deal, I signed most paper work, had my credit ran, and began the process to finance my vehicle. Only until I sat inside the Financial Manager's, Terril Smith's, office did I realize that they had added all the fees we'd discussed would be included in the negotiated price! The deal was in process, so this conversation should be recorded. I asked Terril to bring in J.P Stevens, my Sales Rep. I asked him, "Wasn't the price negotiated, including ALL fees?" He responded, "Yes." So I asked why'd they add fees, and to speak with the General Manager, Alex Hong. Who was in the building, inside the cubicle behind customer service desk, clearly visible, but REFUSED to speak to me. I then spoke to Ryan Palagar, who claimed to be the General Manager, I asked for a business card, he then changed his story and stated that he's on vacation. I didn't mention I'd seen Alex Hong inside the cubicle, I seen if Ryan can help, but Ryan was disrespectful and walked out while I was talking. In the end, I realized the Store Manager, Alex Hong, would not give any of his time, despite the store being completely empty. I asked to speak to Chris Kim, of Customer Relations, rude as well. Needless to say I walked out extremely disappointed. I was lied to by everyone I came in contact with. I was taken advantage of. Horrible experience as a first time buyer. More
Worst car dealership ever Do not go to this dealership! They screwed me over royally! All they care about is their commission, not the customer! They sold me a car & 3 days later I decided it wasn't a good fit for me. They refused to take it back & wouldn't let me pick another car. They owed me a Sirius XM radio & never put in as promised. My test drive was less than 5 minutes. Sales person didn't show me how anything worked in the car. I'm going to another Nissan dealership this weekend & after talking with a manager, they've agreed to help me get another car. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to go to this dealership! Worst car buying experience I've ever had! No respect whatsoever! More

My past purchase was apparently under different management was was not so good. This time, AMAZING, First, I was greeted but not harassed or hovered over by a sales man. I like my space but like them available as well and he was. Secondly, despite the fact I was being helped by someone else, everyone greeted me and was extremely pleasant. (Must be a great place to work as well. Third, The whole process once I decided what I wanted, was quicker than I had experienced in my many years of car purchasing. Amazing experience, what a huge difference. More

Bad experience Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of servi Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of service advisors and all of them said they were busy.Waited 5 minutes when one of them said they would stop and help me, all he did was have me fill a form with my name in address and took my recall notice. Said it would be about an hour. At 1:00 I saw my truck entering garage, don't know if work was about to start or my truck was taken somewhere to be washed. At 1:45 they pulled my truck into the out processing bay. Watched Lot attendant took my key and put them on any empty desk. I stopped and said I wanted to check out and he said I would have to get my advisor to do that. None of the other advisors knew where he was. After a couple minutes one of them checked me out. Got in my truck and service order still hanging on mirror with a bottle of water in cup holder. 3 hours 15 minutes More

I should have smelled their cheap marketing trick. I called up again before the visit to the dealer and Akkea confirmed that deal is still available. I had to go through a 3 hour ordeal and the sales exec Martin Rand III asked "what deal?" "who told?", and mentioned it is just marketing. Finally came out without buying and never going to go back this dealership More
