Where's my missing key fob for my GTR? Excellent experience up until they claim we received 2 key fobs for a 2019 GTR when we only received one. Manager won't return phone calls. Before that they had me drive up to their dealership to get a replacement key programmed. Once I arrived they said 'sorry we gave you two keys. we can't help you." Will never buy a car from them again and certainly won't be bringing this car in to be serviced by them. More

It has been 20 days since we bought the car and they have yet to pay off our trade in. In the car selling business this the holy grail of things you don't do to customers. The whole reason I only go to big-box franchise dealerships is because I feel assured they will not do these things. Because they were slow in paying off the trade, our bank for the trade-in will be posting us as a late payment on our credit. Affecting our credit scores and future car buying or loan searching abilities. While they will "eventually" pay it off, "eventually" doesn't mean anything to the credit bureaus or the late charges which we will have to pay. While I recommend buying a car from them, avoid their finance department like a plague. Horrible experience. People we dealt with: "Mike" ( Salesmen ) - Great sales person, low pressure. Would deal with again. More
