The dealership had a professional atmosphere. Every employee I came in contact with was wearing their mask. This showed me that they cared about their customers well being. Prompt service. Service manager responded quickly to issue. Did not inflate or appear to overcharge. Got car bar next day clean and washed. Seevice answered questions udually within 15 minutes. Worst experience at this Nissan dealership. Don't buy a Nissan Leaf. I have a 2015 Nissan Leaf and now after owning it for 4 and half years, I can't drive more than 38 miles with the heater on. Also with Nissan Leaf. I have a 2015 Nissan Leaf and now after owning it for 4 and half years, I can't drive more than 38 miles with the heater on. Also without a heater I can't drive more than 68 miles. Now I have just a little bit over 60K miles, I am out of warranty and Nissan is not covering it. Basically it's junk and now can't use this if I have to drive one way more than 18-19 miles. DON'T BUY NISSAN LEAF. Also now their steering is stiff and now very hard to make left or right turns. Also they are charging me almost $500 to just inspect the steering wheel. This is ridiculous. I caled Nissan North America and they are also not helping as I have just little bit over 60K miles. Basically even if I spend thousands of dollars to fix my steering wheel because of their mechanical or technical failure, I still can't drive more than 38 miles. I NEVER HAVE ACCIDENT ON THIS CAR WHICH CAN CAUSE STEERING WHEEL TO GO HARD. IT'S DEFINITELY MECHANICAL OR TECHNICAL ISSUE. More

Recently I need service on my vehicle and had to have it towed to the facility. about a year. The service members are professional and well informed. I brought a new Nissan Altima from Gwinnett Nissan. Ashley Ralph was my sales agent. After the sale was completed she gave me sereval referral cards, with every referral she would give 100 dollars. I sent her a referral, my friend purchased a brand new car as well. I never received the 100 dollars from Ashley. I sent her sereval emails which she never replied to any of them. I think this was very poor customer service. When she wanted me to purchase a car she was blowing my phone and email up. But when it came down to honoring her word she was MIA. More

The final price for the car I purchased had additional optional charges not explained by Ashley Ralph (salesperson). Please make sure you ask for every single detail. Do not succumb to pressure. If you need to think about it say it and don’t let them buy you lunch. Additional optional charges were promised to be refunded according to Bryan Kim, they were not all refunded. Angelika Rene Colvard falls deep miserably when it comes to have a relatable human connection with customers. She obviously thinks you buy cars every day and understand the “ins and outs” as well as she does. In a few words, I love my car but I left dissatisfied and highly disappointed on the way they conduct business and their strategies. Nissan headquarters should be also more aware that transparency, at the core of their standards, is not always fulfilled. More
I was told 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After checking in I canceled the tire rotation. However a software (recall) update was added. After waiting in the customer area for 30 min. I received a text from Kimberly to text anytime during this visit! After waiting for an 1 hour and 30 min. I texted for an update, (no reply)! I then asked and was told the software update was the reason for the delay! 2:hours and 30 minutes passed and Kimberly told me that they are almost finished, that they just started on the tire rotation. I told her that this was canceled (oh that's right).I got out of the dealership after 3 hours! I had to cancel another appointment which put me in a bind! Service delays like this are not acceptable! Other dealerships I dealt with better customer service in regard to my time at other dealerships! Your customers time is important! More
