I went in on Saturday to get the remaining items fixed on my car. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to take care of everything within a few hours. Now my car has a clean bill of health, and my next visit will just be for an oil change. Once again, my service rep was very professional and friendly. He clearly communicated every step so I understood what was being done and made sure I wasn’t double charged for a diagnostic since I had been in earlier this month when the issue was first identified. Overall, the experience was great. I brought my laptop, book, and snacks to stay on track with my diet, and I was able to complete some tasks thanks to the free Wi-Fi and comfortable lobby area. The space is perfect if you need to get some work done...just plug in your headphones and focus. This dealership hasn’t failed me yet! I’ll be moving next year and will definitely miss this dealership and their top-notch service. More
