We called a day before heading here and made a appointment with one of the sales department. We show up at the scheduled time and head to the front desk, we ask for the sales person we made a appo appointment with one of the sales department. We show up at the scheduled time and head to the front desk, we ask for the sales person we made a appointment with, and we wait for at least 15 minutes for him not to even show up. We were then asked by another sales person on what we needed help with, and we kindly told him what we needed. He then showed us around and helped us find the right car. We then sat down to talk about trading in our vehicle. He first asked us what our price range was, and we kindly replied and told him. He then proceeded to call the *USED VEHICLE SALES DEPARTMENT* and also the printed sheet oh how much our trade in would be. The manager also asked us for our price range, and we kindly explained it. He then went on to inappropriately laugh at us and ask "Who would want to buy that car". We were very disappointed in the actions of this manager, who should have more responsibility in helping a customer find a fair price for their trade in, instead of laughing and making fun of them. We had no other choice but to leave the store, since the manager didn't have any intention in caring for our needs. We would have been able to talk out the price, but instead we were laughed at by Gwinnett Place Honda's Used sales manager. 30 minutes later, we call our scheduled salesman again to update him on the situation, he then told us to come back to the store so we may discuss the trade, which was what we needed. He called us in, discussed how the prices would be, set a fair trade in value, and then we agreed on purchasing a vehicle from Gwinnett Place Honda. He then assigned the original salesman who helped us when no one else was there in the beginning to get our paper work and finance papers arranged. We filled everything out, and he guided us to Finance department, which took a excess amount of time, for no reason. No matter the less, we waited and signed everything accordingly. After all papers were signed, we came outside to see the new vehicle, it was took to the detailing department. It looked good from the outside but there were minor things such as water stains on the paint and window, factory stickers that left glue marks, and also dusty/nonclean interior. Overall, the used vehicle sales manager should be talked to and understand the needs of others instead of laughing at their faces and losing them. Detailing department must overlook everything and make sure new vehicles are clean once they are bought. None the less, experience was a solid 2/5. More
Purchased 2023 Passport TrailSport & Platinum Service package Tuesday. The car was poorly detailed, I didn't see the dirt on the car until I got home in Sharpsburg, Ga.(2 hour drive) I didn't know that I package Tuesday. I expected that the person who sold the car would have been certain the car was adequately detailed. Additionally, I left a message for Marquis @ 9:00 AM on Wednesday and he has not responded to my call, I have questions regarding the vehicle unrelated to the dirty way I received it. More
I came in for an oil change. I was told the brake flush and battery was in the RED so I okay'd the necessary items. Upon departure, I went to do to the courtesy car wash. The car drove funny then cut off in the car wash and brakes got hard. I finally got it to crank up and drove back to service center where it cut off again while driving. The mechanic left a hose disconnected. I was in fear driving home on highway. I just prayed it didnt cut off again and I got killed stalled in traffic. More
