Two months agoI went to get my check engine light issue fix, I was told by the service department my harness wiring had to be replaced, they replaced it, I droved the car about 170 miles and the check engine light came back on again, I took the car back to honda, told the service man what was wrong, they took my key, I waited for two hours, the service man told me the person who replace the wiring harness before had the wires crossed wrong and they fixed the check engine light. He gave me my key back with no paperwork and didnt charge me. I drove back home less than 9 miles and my check engine light came back on. My issue was not resolved. So much for treating a retired veteran with integrity...

Trevin but it was the mechanic that was the problem, not the advisor at all. The advisor is the one that solved thr problem and apologized. The mechanic made the problem and he should have come out and apologized.
