Great work but subpar customer service I gave the service rep my cellphone number (which Honda had anyway) and I expressed I needed my car that day and was told it’ll take 1-2 hrs. Starting about 3 hrs later till an hour before closing I called 4 times to get the status of my car and never got a call back. i finally decided to just go to the shop to get my car only to find out the car had been ready and just sitting there!
