Dissatisfied Let me say first that I usually have a great experience. My usual advisor is Courvoisier and he is really efficent. I had a different person this time and it was horrible. I have a warranty for tires and oil changes. My husband took the car for me. Had 2 damaged tires and she told my husband that it would be over $500 to replace. He declined and left and then I had to remind him we had a warranty. Called the dealership back and the advisor said oops, she didnt see it. Had to go back up to the dealership to get the tires replaced. She also charged for the oil change which was under my warranty and had to refund that as well. When I asked her how this happened because I usually dont have a problem with them seeing I have a warranty, her response was "I just assumed there was no warranty and didnt check." Really???? She did apologize but having to make 2 trips and then having to question get refunded for the oil change was a pain. In the future, I want my usual service advisor. More

However, upon checking out found that there were no issues highlighted in red by the technician, only a note stating possible fluid leaks. After reviewing service history with Mr. Hendricks I knew that my vehicle had additional service needs that were omitted. Mr. Hendricks contacted the technician for clarity. Any service recommendations based on year and mileage of car were no longer reflected. This was inconsistent with previous service summaries. My car was brought for an oil change to begin an oil consumption test. There are other issues with the vehicle but I now have a false since of security based on the technician's summary. More

They are excellent in letting you know what needs to be done with your vehicle after whatever service you bring your car in for ... yet flexible enough to let you decide when to get it taken care of. No hard sales tactics, or ultimatums, just friendly faces. Will definitely continue to take my Odyssey to Gwinnett Place Honda for service. More
