I had been looking for a Ridgeline and found a Honda Certified Ridgeline at GPH on the web. I spoke with Dan Long before I went to the dealership the Saturday before Christmas. Dan was warm and up front on the phone and when I got there I found him to be the same. We drove the car and worked the deal. We found some damage to the fuel door that happened on the lot. Dan got it repaired and I picked the truck up after Christmas. All the staff at GPH from Dan, to finance, to Mike Crouch in service were exactly what I had hoped for. You Da Man Mr Dan! More
Just before Thanksgiving, having seen an ad on TV for TrueCar, I visited the site and entered my desire to consider a 2013 Honda Insight EX with navigation. After submitting my information, I received 3 TrueCar, I visited the site and entered my desire to consider a 2013 Honda Insight EX with navigation. After submitting my information, I received 3 dealership offers, including Gwinnett Place Honda. I had barely looked at the offers when Michael Heng called me. I explained that I was really "just looking" at that point but wanted to test-drive an Insight the week after Thanksgiving. He told me he would call back the following week, which he did. (I told the other two dealerships the same, and they also said they would call back the following week, which to date they have not done.) True to his word, Mr. Heng did call back the next week; I also talked to Tiara (I cannot remember her last name) and we set an appointment for Friday, December 6. Mr. Heng had the car I eventually purchased out and ready for me to look it over and test drive. After the test drive, I was sold on the car - AND Gwinnett Place Honda, and specifically Mr. Heng's EXCELLENT customer service. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the car - and he answered all my questions very honestly and accurately. Once I said I was buying the car, he got the two cars I was trading in and had them appraised (at a price I was exceedingly happy with), we went through the purchase contract and then he turned me over to Deanna McReynolds who went through the Accessories book with me. She explained the available accessories, answered my questions, and let me and my partner decide the accessories we wanted. Again, I felt NO pressure to purchase anything. Once I had selected all the accessories I wanted, that was finalized, and then Sam Whang went over financing arrangements with me; we agreed to terms and signed the financing contracts - and AGAIN, I felt no pressure to do anything or pick anything I did not want. Once the financing was done, we found out three accessories - body side molding, cargo area cover, and car cover, were out of stock and had to be ordered, but they would be in on Tuesday (December 10). My partner and I drove the beautiful new Insight off the lot, then returned yesterday and got the three remaining accessories. While there, both Mr. Hend and Ms. McReynolds stopped by to make sure I was happy with the car. I assured them both that I was, and that if I could give them (and the dealership in general) good feedback, I would be happy to give them 6 stars out of 5. I will definitely recommend Gwinnett Place Honda to anyone asking about Honda Sales or Service! In addition, I don't know WHO in the Service Area I dealt with (there were at least 2 gentlemen, but I failed to get their names!), but THEY deserve 6 stars out of 5 as well. More
Great visit with great service. Great pre-owned van with a great price. We got a good deal but was just as pleased with the service. My wife and I have had a very good experience with Hendrick Collision Center, which is affiliated with Gwinnet Place Honda dealership service department. I was impressed with professionalism, exper Hendrick Collision Center, which is affiliated with Gwinnet Place Honda dealership service department. I was impressed with professionalism, expertise and customer service skills demonstrated by Mr. Matt Paolini, a Collision Consultant at Hendrick Collision Center. Matt had successfully navigated us through the entire process, including quite challenging negotiation with an insurance appraiser. He had thoroughly explained every step to me and to my wife and patiently answered every question I had during the approval, negotiation and the repair process. The car looked just like new after Matt and his team of very qualified technicians completed their work. I was very happy. Thank you Matt Paolini and thank you Hendrick Collision Center staff. I had a great experience with the folks at Gwinnett Place Honda last month. I worked with Kristian Gjessing and Joseph Yim. I purchased a new Odyssey that had a few "kinks" in it from the factor. The kinks p Honda last month. I worked with Kristian Gjessing and Joseph Yim. I purchased a new Odyssey that had a few "kinks" in it from the factor. The kinks presented themselves over the first couple of weeks of driving the Odyssey. Rather than try to fix a bunch of little things, Kristian and his team just gave me a new one all together. I was really impressed. I will go back to Gwinnett Place Honda when making my next car purchase. More

When the accident happended I was devastated thinking about the accident and if my car would be the same when it was repaired. Tom contacted me immediately after my car was towed to the collision center and he kept me informed of everything going on with my repairs up until the day I picked it up. He assured me that my car would be like before, and it was. On the scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 100. I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport a little over a month ago. When I drove off the lot after signing my paperwork, I realized my windshield hadn't been cleaned, so I took it straight back and asked th month ago. When I drove off the lot after signing my paperwork, I realized my windshield hadn't been cleaned, so I took it straight back and asked them to clean it. While they were doing that I realized there was a haze over the brake light in the back. I asked a finance guy that was there what could be done he told me not to worry about it that if I were driving, I would never see it. I told him that may be true, but the cars behind me may not see the light either and rear end me, also that if I am paying 60 months for something it better be done right before I leave the lot. The cleanup guys took the car and got the problem solved no thanks to the finance guy. Now to why I originally started this. When I purchased the car I spoke to Sam Whang who sold me on GAP and maintenance plan. I told him I planned to get this refinanced through my credit union the next day which I did. I decided the next day to cancel the GAP and protection plan. I called Sam and he took care of the paperwork and sent me a copy. I asked him about the refund of $800. He told me the easiest way was to et the credit union send the payoff check and when they bank (Wells Fargo) got the payoff check from my credit union it would be over paid by $800 and they would send me the check. I have called Wells Fargo for 2 weeks now and 2 weeks ago confirmed they had been paid off and there was an $800 overpayment. Last week Wells Fargo told me that I should receive the check this week. I called yesterday 10/9/13 to check the status and Wells Fargo said they still had the money and would be sending the $800 to the dealer. I asked why if my credit union had paid them off and they had gotten the cancelation that Sam had sent them. Also asked why the lady told me last week they were sending the check to me then and it still hadn't been sent out. She couldn't answer. Now, this is where Gwinett Place Honda comes in again. I called and asked for Sam. He was off so I asked for finance department. The guy that answered sounded just like the jerk that told me the day I bought the car that he guessed I would have to deal with it about the brake light. He told me it was out of his hands and that I needed to call Wells Fargo. I told him I had and that they had said the refund check would be sent to them could he help me. He told me that was my problem and hung up. I called back and asked for his supervisor and got this guys answering machine. I still haven't heard from them this morning. I am out $800 and they have gotten their $24,000 so they could care less. The GAP insurance is much cheaper outside the dealerships version and covers more. The maintenance plan Sam sold me started at 15,000 miles and expired like at 25,000 miles based on the form I got. It costs $300 and was for the $80 oil changes he told me it costs. I checked into this and the oil change is to be done every 15000 miles and you can get the oil and the filter from Wal Mart for $34 or have them do everything at Wal Mart for $45. Don't let this dealership talk you into these two items because you can get them much cheaper and if you try to cancel you will play hell trying to get your money back and they certainly won't be as friendly after they have already gotten your money.
