Inconsiderate I have limited hours available for car shopping, so I called prior to visiting this dealership to help ensure there was a real reason to visit. It's also a bit of a drive, so this was made clear to the salesman (Lou Lamothe) as I didn't want to waste my time or gas, especially since I was going to drive in rush hour traffic on a holiday weekend. Lamothe encouraged my visit, though it was made clear I would not be accepting the sticker price. When I finally got there, I got the impression that I knew more about the model than Lamothe. When we were taken in to his desk, he started writing up some form with the sticker price. I questioned this and he advised he had to write it up and take to his manager to get different pricing. Lamothe offered no change in pricing and eventually brought over his "manager". Both kept repeating themselves about the warranty benefits, which I was aware of prior to my visit. After going back and forth and my reiterating I had no interest in the vehicle at the sticker price, they finally came back with a different number. It was barely down from the sticker. They completely wasted my time and gas. I would not recommend this salesman and if all employees are as rude and unthinking as Mr. Lamothe, then I would not recommend this dealership either. After exiting the building the salesman named Rodney followed and asked if I was planning a trade-in as if I didn't know that was an option. Why they thought I wasn't aware of that option, I don't know. My only conclusion is they thought I was less than intelligent. Overall I was unimpressed with the knowledge and service and extremely annoyed that my time was wasted. More

Bruce Rosario is our favorite salesman, and what can I say about the manager, Chad Mills? He is like FAMILY to us. I walk in, tell Chad what I need, Bruce runs and finds it on their lot or another Hendrick Motors lot no matter how far away, they give me an unbelievable trade-in deal since they have all of the records in their service department; Sam does the paperwork so quickly -- already knowing we would never live without the service agreement (the service dept is the BEST!!), we want the 100,000 mile warranty, so all we do is sign, and we are out of there. Payments exactly in range we can afford, low interest, and a totally amazing buying experience. I used to go to other Honda dealers in town, but NEVER again. Trust me, Gwinnett Place is way above the others!!!!!!! Thank you my friends --- the waves of hello, the hugs, the amazing service. You make buying, owning, and operating a car so simple!! Phenomenal!!!!! I saw ads from Honda boasting about the big "clearance event" and I went to Conyers Honda which is near my home. I spent two weeks negotiating with Conyers Honda trying to get the "clearance" rate on a car and they would not budge! I finally got fed up and emailed Gwinnett Place Honda. I told them exactly what I wanted and they emailed me right back with a price. It was $4,750 less than Conyers and there was no negotiating (which I hate). The next day I want to Gwinnett Place Honda and my salesman actually met me at the door with papers in hand! We sealed the deal within 1/2 hour and I was out of there in a matter of a few hours (because of detailing and extras I bought for the car)! EVERYONE at the dealership treated me with dignity and respect. I told my salesman Joseph Yim that he has a customer for life! More

I originally came in for a new car and that's how I met Niko! Mind you I got to the dealership a little after 8pm.... Niko and James stayed till almost midnight to finish out the deal with smiles on their faces and nothing rude to say! James remembered my husband and I from when we bought the Honda Fit 2 years ago, and that made me feel even better about choosing such a wonderful dealership! I've heard from friends what a nightmare buying a car can be, but that wasn't the case for me. As soon as i walked toward the front door, my salesperson Joseph Shin greeted me. He was very courteous and polite, and did not pressure me at all. He explained the whole car buying process to me so that i would know what to expect. Joseph, showed me features on my 2014 Pilot that i had no idea that even existed. I was pleasantly surprised by my car buying experience at Gwinnett Place Honda and my salesperson. I have no doubt that next time i need to purchase a car, that this is the dealership and salesperson that i want to do business with. More

My purchase experience was too smooth as I went to see the car and finance options and came out with Car. Salesperson Mr. Bruce Rosario helped me in finalizing the deal so quickly. He was fantastic, good knowledge of CRV, very friendly person to talk. I took finance from Honda Financing and got very nice deal.
