The Wonderful Tivanny James When I received the first recall letter for my 2007 Accord I was anxious. Why? Because I did not want to call and be put on hold and get transferred f When I received the first recall letter for my 2007 Accord I was anxious. Why? Because I did not want to call and be put on hold and get transferred from one idiot to another. But that wasn't the case this time. Right from the beginning you can hear her smile. She explained the letter to me and informed me she will take care of everything. She was polite, knowledgeable and professional. She kept her word in every situation and she never put me on hold. Finally, I was able to trust somebody to know what they were doing and care about a stranger enough to ease her stress. Everything went great, without a glitch. From the phone call all the way to the service. I was so impressed I wanted to scream. Thank you Tivanny James for the dedication and commitment you display in your work for your company. Oil change Had a great experience with Jae Kim. He was very polite and informative. He went out of his way to show me one of the new HRV vehicles in the parking Had a great experience with Jae Kim. I use GP honda because I always get good service there. I am currently driving my 6th honda and my daughter is on her3rd honda. Most have been bought at the dealership. More

Easy A/C fix...FAILED! Time...WASTED! A/C was blowing heat. Honda asked for $150 to diagnose. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, they said compressor and clutch needs to be replaced ($660 after di A/C was blowing heat. Honda asked for $150 to diagnose. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, they said compressor and clutch needs to be replaced ($660 after discount). Walked out of the dealership since I could not afford that hefty price. Drove the car for 1 full week with windows down in the heat. Finally decided to take it to another mechanic. In less than 5 mins he found that the high pressure side of AC has too much charge in it. He vacuumed it out and put the right amount back. Took 10 mins overall. He didn't even charge me for it!!! Drove for another week and AC is still cold as ice. Basically, Honda technician failed to even do proper steps before quoting me for $660 (WOW)! Went back to the dealer and talked to the service manager Jay. He declined refunding me for the $150 which was a wrong A/C diagnosis by stating "I can't give you a refund because you got a second opinion". Hmmm...How else would I know that I'm not being spammed for $660?? Of course I would get a second opinion. I offered Jay to check my A/C components to confirm that nothing was replaced and A/C is cold as ice in order to give me the refund and he kept repeating himself, "I can't give you a refund because you got a second opinion"!!! Not to mention, their multi-point inspection was done wrong, too. It stated that I had good tires, battery (crank amp), and fluids are fine. Previous time I was there for oil change (5 months ago), they noted that I need a new battery and soon the tires should be replaced. This time they marked that all are in perfect condition. I did not replace the tires or charged the battery. Looks like whoever looked at my car did not want to spend anytime on it and just wanted to charge me for $150. More
