My communications were with Jayson Rollins and Joseph Yim. I was able to finalize the price total with Jayson via email and go into the dealership for a test drive without him trying to "sell me". Dealing with Jayson was a breath of fresh air. He was the major reason I actually bought the car at this dealership. Met various individuals at this dealership which most were nice and easy going. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the final minutes of my interaction with the finance guy when it came down to the extended warranties. I won't mention his name because overall he was a great guy and I enjoyed my interaction with him, but he did his hard sell on the extended warranties. I never told him I wanted it, but he still tried to slyly include it while signing all the documents which left a bad taste in my mouth. He could have been worse though as I have experienced worse so I won't let this deter me from coming back when purchasing another Honda. More

The sales rep left me waiting around while he did whatever it was he was doing that took so long (even though I had an appointment). And, don't worry, while you're waiting around, you can amuse yourself by listening to all the crude jokes and gossip being told by all the other sales reps standing around gabbing with the ladies at the front desk.. Anyhow, finally saw a car and wanted to buy it. We agreed on a down payment and terms. He said it was a done deal, his manager had signed off on it and all would be well.. Then he tried to squeeze a higher down payment out of me. Went from zero to 700 (which I agreed to) to 1500 to him just saying give me a 1000 and it's a done deal. I told him I did not have that and that we discussed a zero down payment on the phone & in the advertisement they sent me, to which I was responding.. He was rude, brash & said I wouldn't find a better offer anywhere else and good luck. He lost a 22k something sale for $300?!? He was the most slimy unprofessional salesman I've ever had to deal with (which was surprisingly since he looks like a nice old grandpa). Poor customer service seems to be a recurring theme with all things Hendricks (since I found out later Gwinnett Place Honda is under same management as Rick Hendricks Chevrolet). Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place.. More

Five stars!! We've had four Hondas in the last 20 years and so I've grown attached to them.
