Mixed Feelings After getting some (efficiently quick) servicework done here, I requested some paperwork and reports a whopping total of 7 times. I even left messages for the manager/supervisor, but no one ever contacted me back, nor gave me the reports I needed. Several times, I've had someone brush me off with a "Yes, ma'am, it's been sent just now to your email address." It wasn't. I wouldn't request this paperwork unless I really needed it, but after over a half dozen tries, one decides Gwinnett Place Honda is the absolute last place to visit for servicing. This was quite a disappointment because the service work was done in absolute record time, and was by far the quickest I've ever experienced, but that is NOT enough to keep me coming back if I can't get a simple piece of paper telling me what the issue was with my car. More

Worst New Car Purchasing Experience I purchased my 2015 Honda CRV at Gwinnett Place Honda through Kay Chae and I can honestly say this is the worst car purchasing experience to this day. I purchased my 2015 Honda CRV at Gwinnett Place Honda through Kay Chae and I can honestly say this is the worst car purchasing experience to this day. Initially, Kay Chae was attentive and helpful to my inquiry, but quickly became combative and demeaning after experiencing some delays with documents that were needed to complete the sale. Due to personal reasons, I informed Kay Chae (on 11/3) that there would be some delay before I could get her the documents/driver's license needed to complete the sale. I notified her that it would be at least another week before the local DMV would issue my license. She contacted me a couple days later to express her frustrations and how because of the delay, it had caused her inconvenience. She was very rude, demanding, and insensitive to my situation. This kind of customer service and attention is not what I expect from a professional sales person. I hope my personal testimonial will be valuable to future Gwinnett Place Honda customers. More
Great customer service I have had my Honda serviced at Gwinnett place Honda since I bought it from them. The customer service has always been great. My car is making a grinding sound every once in a while, the service department has not found the cause of it yet, but the experience is always great with Gwinnett place Honda. I had had my other truck serviced by a different dealer in by gwinnett place mall and it is about as bad as you can get. SO the fact that we still have not found the problem , and I am still leaving a good review should tell you something. More

I contacted Joel Abrams from a USAA Auto Circle referral experience more than one year ago. I thought at the time I was ready to purchase a new Honda. I was driving a 1998 Honda Odyssey that I purchased in 2001. After my first conversation with him by phone, I knew that Joel would be the person I would purchase my car through. He listened to me, was knowledgeable, and understood my situation and his product, but he did not pressure me. He gave me information on several cars that matched my criteria in addition to the car I had identified and showed a willingness to continue to look for a car that would meet my needs. He followed up several times with me during my search that included looking at cars from other dealers. Ultimately, I dropped the idea of buying a car at that time, because I was building a new home and didn't want to spend the money. My car was still running well. A year year later, when my home was almost complete, I decided I really needed a new car that would give me confidence to drive the hour commute daily, so I contacted USAA again, but this time, because of my positive phone experience with Joel a year ago, I looked for a car at his dealership and specified to USAA that I would only deal with Joel. I know this sounds strange, but that is how strong my original impression of him was a year ago. I knew that If he had a car that met my needs, I would buy my car with his help. When we met in person, my feelings were reinforced. Joel is a genuine person with integrity and a good understanding of the product he is representing. He listened to my needs, he was flexible and supportive and discussed my options carefully. I Am thrilled with my new pre-owned certified Honda Pilot! Joel is the man! I'll purchase my next car with his help! More

I visited other dealers but no one came close to the great customer service provided by Michael Heng at Gwinnett Honda Place. He was straight forward, honest, and always trying to accommodate my needs. He never tried to push any sales that did not fit my needs or interested me. I highly recommend his services. I knew what I wanted before I entered Honda and ended up purchasing a 2015 Honda CR-V with Navigation and heated seats :-) Exactly what I was looking for with a good price. More
Miscommunication with purchased extended warranty I have purchased several new Hondas from this dealership and never had any issues. A few years ago, I bought my daughter a used Lexus IS250 from this I have purchased several new Hondas from this dealership and never had any issues. A few years ago, I bought my daughter a used Lexus IS250 from this dealership and brought the extended warranty. Well, somewhere in the communication regarding the warranty, there was "miscommunication." I am told that the extended warranty goes back to the "birth" of the car. However, why am I concerned with a warranty back to the when the car was new when I didn't even own the car? Long story short, the warranty expired in January -- which we all felt was longer. We went to Lexus to have her radio fixed and the Lexus dealership gives me this bad news. I called Gwinnett Place Honda and have spoken with Albert Thompson each time. I explained to him that there was miscommunication when the warranty was discussed and "sold" to me because that is not what my daughter and I understood. It took numerous phone calls to Albert before I finally heard back from him and he said there was nothing they could do for me. I told Albert that I was asking them to at least meet me in the middle due to the miscommunication and all of the business I had given them. In the last few months, I even took my sister there to get her car. I asked Albert to please go back and talk to them again. Once again, I have left messages that have gone unanswered. Albert seems like a very nice person, but customer service and responsiveness is not high on their list. I am very disappointed and there are many other Honda dealerships to go to in Atlanta. More
