Wonderful car buying experience!😄 I bought my last car at Gwinnett Place Honda and had a great experience so I decided to return to the dealership. Not only was I surprised to see so many familiar faces I was treated like an ex employee and recieved the royal treatment. My thanks to salesman Zackary Blanchard and his manager Richard Alitrista who made the process quick and painless. I came prepared with ammunition when it came time for my trade but that was only wasted time I was very happy with the offer. Everyone from the finance manager Ramon, the sales desk manager Jamal and the new accessory saleswomen(forgot her name but she will go far)were wonderful to work with. I give GPH a A+ and will recommend the dealership again and again. I believe the General Manager is a man named David Kwon, he should be commended as well for providing well educated employees who show they care about their dealership. Kathleen Heagerty More

False Advertisement Their internet sales team is full of liars. They sent me an invite to come test drive a new Honda, and I would get a $25 visa gift card for doing so. Their internet sales team is full of liars. They sent me an invite to come test drive a new Honda, and I would get a $25 visa gift card for doing so. They sent me numerous emails, constantly reminding me that this offer was still available. I decided to print it off and go in, as I was thinking of getting a new car. When I got to the dealership, I had to wait 20 minutes in their lobby before I even got to talk to anybody and let them know why i was there. I finally got to talk to a salesman (Mansoor), and he let me know he'd take care of the gift card after I test drove the car. Well, after the test drive, he takes the offer to the internet sales manager who told him Gwinnett Place Honda no longer associates with the company who issues the gift cards. I told him that I specifically came to GP honda because they kept inviting me and telling me about this offer, and he made nothing of it. The manager would not even come talk to me. Then Mansoor offers me a free tank of gas on my current vehicle, which would have been fine. Then he backtracks and says he can't find his internet sales manager, but the "next" time I come to Gwinnett Place Honda, he would take care of me. Well guess what, after this terrible experience, I won't ever be back. My family has bought 4 Hondas from here in the past, but we will not be buying anymore. Don't set false advertisement to your customers, then not honor them when they arrive. More

Rudy Russo who explained everything in detail and went beyond the call of duty, he walked me to the service area to show me the wear on my brakes. Rudy recommended I replace my front brakes, I was upset because I have only driven the car for a year. It is a Certified Pre Owned car so I felt justified in feeling they should have been changed before I bought the car. Rudy talked to his manager and I wasn't charged for the new brakes which the manager said that was the "right thing to do". That kind act has made me a loyal customer and I will continue to do business with Gwinnett Place Honda. More
Body Repair handled above and beyond expectation I brought my son's Honda Civic Si into the Gwinnett Place Honda Body Shop to have the paint looked at for the oxidation problem that was occurring on I brought my son's Honda Civic Si into the Gwinnett Place Honda Body Shop to have the paint looked at for the oxidation problem that was occurring on the roof of the car. He purchased the vehicle there 5 years earlier and is close to paying it off; looking at trading it in sometime in the next few months to get a new one. Kevin, one of the managers told me about the manufacturer's warranty on the vehicle paint and immediately filled out a claim to see if Honda would take care of the problem even though the warranty was a few months outside the warranties window. They even detailed the vehicle with its top-of-the line detail package at no charge to me. The vehicle looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor and it is a 7 year old car. The personnel were all top shelf and it is one of many great experiences bringing my son's car to this dealership to be serviced. The entire experience from beginning to end was nothing less than the best. Thank you Gwinnett Place Honda (and Carlos, in the detail dept) for all you do to go out of your way to take care of your customers. More

After ensuring it wa I have bad experience, they called me for honda crv 2014 LX for which they provided me the quote and the link to see the vehicle. After ensuring it was within my budget I called them and confirmed the appointment same day. But when I went there, they said they are not able to get the information of the car so they will call me next day. But no one called and when I called they told it was sold. But when I again went to check the same vehicle it was showing available but price was increased by 3K. More
Service excellence and honesty Living in Orlando my daughter brought her Honda Accord in to the local Honda shop for general service. She was told her car IMMEDIATELY NEEDED $1,591 Living in Orlando my daughter brought her Honda Accord in to the local Honda shop for general service. She was told her car IMMEDIATELY NEEDED $1,591 worth of work with various belt replacements and adjustments with regard to tension and timing. As she was planning to drive to Atlanta in a few weeks she held off until she arrived here. John Hicks, Gwinnett Place Honda service manager was surprised a car with only 75,000 miles needed that kind of work but said he would check. He turned the project over to technician Rick Zarpentine who promptly went to work on the car. A total of $61 was billed and Rick told my daughter she was 30,000 miles away from needing the kind of work that was being told to her in Orlando. John, Rich and Gwinnett Place Honda saved my daughter $1,530 and provided an honest and trusting experience. Thanks Gwinnett Place Honda More

She was nice and helpf We are in the market for a hatchback and test drive a Honda Fit here. A salewoman greeted us at the door and showed us the car. She was nice and helpful at the beginning. We made clear that we did not want to buy today and would like to test other makes. After a short test drive, she kept asking my wife why we did not want to buy today. She asked multiple times that make my wife uncomfortable and my wife responded with a reason related to our visa status. After that, the salewoman then asked what visa we had now... and we sensed a frustration in her. She came back to the office and told the story to her manager and other staff there and we could hear that, we felt like "Oh, no expect of a buy with this visa...". Maybe it's the rule here that all sale staff need to find out why customers do not want to buy? Not sure. But we were not happy with the process. Our recommendations to the dealer: 1) do not push customer to buy and do not try to squeeze answer from them on why they do not want to buy right away (other dealerships respect our decision and nicely ask to come back when we make decision, no questions); 2) do not judge customers by their visa or immigration status and do not discuss such information publicly when other staff around; because those customers are serious about buying (they do not test drive for fun) and they may have enough cash to buy any Honda they want More
