Michael Heng was an absolute pleasure to work with I was in a very unique situation. I was flying in to Georgia on Thursday to start a new job the next Monday. I didn't have a GA drivers license, and I didn't know anyone who could pick me up from the airport. I could test drive cars in upstate New York, but I couldn't visit any of the dealerships that I was going to be potentially buying from. I test drove cars with my wife and was deciding between the HR-V and the Fit when I contacted several dealerships around Atlanta looking to figure out what it would cost to get me in each car, and which, if any of them, could get me in the car on Thursday night. Michael was not the only one to respond to me with reasonable pricing that could coordinate transit from the airport to the dealership, but he was the one I was most impressed with. I spoke with multiple dealerships by phone, but Michael provided a few key differentiators: Michael was the only person at his dealership to contact me. He even followed up with me on the same day on his day off. He understood and remembered my situation. He didn't try to give me a "low price" that excluded taxes and fees, but gave me transparent pricing. He approached hurdles such as a lack of a GA drivers license and my late arrival at the airport with confidence that we could solve any issues. Ultimately, it was that last point, a quiet confidence that Michael would make this easy and that things would go smoothly that caused me to go with Gwinnett Place Honda. And they did. The entire process was smooth. I got my GA license on Friday morning and returned to the dealership around noon to finish up the process, and I am thrilled with the car and the service I received. I was also glad that there was no high pressure sales at any point in the process, even when talking with other people at Gwinnett about car options and service package options. I am very glad to have chosen Gwinnett Place, and more specifically, that I was able to work with a great guy like Michael through the whole process. More

He knew he had a fantastic car, that his team had done a top notch job inspecting it, and that if I wanted it, I'd tell him. He was patient, communicative and professional. The staff at this dealership supported him wonderfully. I price checked a few other cars the next day, and none compared to his. This dealership takes excellent care of their used cars. I was super satisfied, and would absolutely recommend him, and his team without reservation. He did a perfect job. More

I interacted with 6-7 different salespeople at as many dealers while shopping around, and Shon of Gwinnett Place Honda was the best. He was not pressuring, but made me feel like he was working hard to get the vehicle and the deal I wanted. I would definitely go to Shon if I were looking for a new or used vehicle in the future. Richard was equally impressive in the finance department. He took the time to be certain I understood all of my available options and was happy to explain anything that was unclear. Fantastic group. Not sympathetic to customers I feel you are in business for the customer since they are the ones supporting you! Oh they were reasonable (I'll say) when I bought the car (even though it was late at night and I did feel pressure to buy that night) But after buying the car I had a bad feeling and realized i was in over my head financially! Wanting to return the car the next day they gave me all kind of xxxx and said NO! Mind you this was the next day and they would not budge! Finally after talking to 3 different people...They bought the car back at $1500.00 less than I had paid for it the day before.! This happened (buy back) Dec 16, 2015 and I still have not gotten back my down payment of $6000.00 less the buy back deduction! If i had known this dealership was of this type...I'd have gone elsewhere! ........Never again! More

False Internrt Price Quote I was misguided by salesman . ( Dec-24 and Dec-25 holidays) Insulted by Salesmanager Joseph offering me gas money to drove 200 miles one way to buy vehicle from Gwinett Honda who had good name and reputation . But very disappointed , thought will get good composition from Gwinett Honda's sales team after this hitch but nothing from sales team , After drove back 200 miles home discuss with friends and family about experience and price paid for new Honda feels that was cheated by Gwinett Honda very badly. Don't recommend to any one. Even after bought no courtesy calls from Gwinnett Honda about new car purchase . More

Mixed Feelings After getting some (efficiently quick) servicework done here, I requested some paperwork and reports a whopping total of 7 times. I even left messages for the manager/supervisor, but no one ever contacted me back, nor gave me the reports I needed. Several times, I've had someone brush me off with a "Yes, ma'am, it's been sent just now to your email address." It wasn't. I wouldn't request this paperwork unless I really needed it, but after over a half dozen tries, one decides Gwinnett Place Honda is the absolute last place to visit for servicing. This was quite a disappointment because the service work was done in absolute record time, and was by far the quickest I've ever experienced, but that is NOT enough to keep me coming back if I can't get a simple piece of paper telling me what the issue was with my car. More
