New Car Buying experience I would say for most part of the car buying process i had a better experience, but there were few instance i felt really pressured buying the car or t I would say for most part of the car buying process i had a better experience, but there were few instance i felt really pressured buying the car or the products which Gwinnett has to offer. Robert was very kind, respectful, customer friendly and helped me with every single question i had. Gwinnett is lucky in having Robert in their sales team. On the other hand Troy was not Customer friendly and his attitude towards Customer was not great. As soon i agreed to buy the car he just left me without even greeting me for my purchase. He made me feel he is more focused on me purchasing the car and not lending good customer service. After they agreed to the price, i met Chad from Finance, who was really nice to me while explaining the products they have to offer, and the moment he realized that i am not interested, his tone changed and he made me feel pressured in buying a product. I felt that's not a good way to sell your products, even though, if i would have changed my mind later on to buy one, i would think twice after i am approached with that different tone. Overall my experience was Average and thanks to Robert otherwise i would have given Poor. More

I came in to get recommended service done from a multi point inspection I had a few months ago at Gwinnett place. I even had the previous copy of the inspection and I mentioned to the service advisor to let’s go ahead and get everything that is recommended from previous visit done today. I mentioned I would have liked a tire rotation, balance and alignment along with other services recommended, service advisor immediately said that my tires were wearing un evenly and made it a point to mention I needed new tires even though I recently purchased my current tires and the tread was fine from my perspective. I asked again if the request could be completed and service advisor immediately went to say “no we can’t do that because it wouldn’t be worth it because you need new tires and if you have a blow out we would be held liable.” I was just a little upset because I have gotten my oil changed at Gwinnett place Honda multiple times and tires have been rotated each time as well, I understand tires might wear differently due to driving habits and conditions and tread might not be the same on each tire but on my previous multiple point inspection the technician put all green checks on all four tires on the tread wear and I mentioned this to the service advisor and he stated that,”oh whoever did this inspection clicked the wrong button and this information is wrong.” At the end of the day I was not fully satisfied due to my request of rotation, balance and alignment being declined, for service advisor stating that previous inspection was faulty and technician didn’t correctly diagnose my tire tread. All this made me feel as if I was being lied to and that my multipoint inspection was not correct and that I can’t trust my car to be correctly diagnosed and serviced at Gwinnett place. Now I have to go to another place of business to request rotation, balance and alignment rather than getting everything done at one place at one time. After spending close to $900 service advisor continued to mention that my radiator hoses and belts had to be replaced, now I’m not sure and have to get a second opinion because service advisor mentioned that previous multipoint inspection was not done accurately when it came to the check tires/tread depth section. More
