Service well worth the drive This was my first visit to Gwinnett Place Honda for service. I was not sure that it was worth driving 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, This was my first visit to Gwinnett Place Honda for service. I was not sure that it was worth driving 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, but I am glad that I did. Brandon was courteous, professional, and kept me very well informed. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. The work was completed in the time promised. I feel confident that my Honda CR-V is in great shape and ready for cold weather. Dishonesty at it’s best Purchased a vehicle with a contract listing some $1200 extra dealer installed options. When I asked to remove one of the options and to give me a reba Purchased a vehicle with a contract listing some $1200 extra dealer installed options. When I asked to remove one of the options and to give me a rebate on the options I was keeping, the sales person and his manager did a quick hat trick on me. The reprinted the contract and removed two options equaling to what I was trying to knock off the price, shook my hand and immediately took the signed paper away. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed one option wasn’t I installed, they told me I never wanted that option do they didn’t charge me for it. This was very swift bate and switch trick. I looked online and the options they did charge me were overpriced compared to their own service department prices. All in all this was not a fun experience. More
